Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge and thickness including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of asbestos cement (corrugated, semicorrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre- painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fiber, pulp, insulation etc) or insulation boards/ slabs/ blankets, any thickness including cover fillet complete all as specified and directed.

S&F false ceiling with light weight coloured PVC hollow section panels made of 1mm thick PVC sheet and overall thickness of panel minimum 7mm and 200mm wide strips suitably placed in existing / new false ceiling grid made of aluminium/ GI/ MS/ wooden complete all as specified and directed. Note:- New false ceiling grid of aluminium/ GI/ MS/ wooden if provided shall be measured and paid separately.

S&F GI frame work of size 605 x 605 mm, for seamless celing comprising of GI perimeter chanel 0.55mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450mm centre to centre/ intermediate channel 0.9mm thick having two equal flanges of 15mm each and web of 45mm suspended from soffit at approx 900mm centre to centre with GI cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2m length) of 0.55mm thickness having kurled web of 50mm and flange of 26mm each with lips of 10.5mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 10 mm thick rendering on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6 on internel wall finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15mm thick rendering on other than fair faces of brick work concrete surface in CM 1:4 on externel wall with water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC will be measured and paid separately.

M&L preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash on ceiling surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of precast plain cement concrete block masonry built in cement morter of any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs including all necessary form work, fair finished of exposed surfaces of concrete and making good with existing surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6, complete complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of timber fillets, rails, posts, rafters, purlins, etc. under 40 sq. cm in section (unframed work) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F of joist, channel, angle, flat iron or Tee sections, fixed independently with connecting plates, etc confirming to Fe 410-W (Gde 250 quality A) complete all as specified and directed.

Note 1:- (Applicable for all parts/items) : The biidders/contractors are advised to read tender document, all drawings & all corrigendum/amendments and general condition of contracts before entry/quoting the rates. Note 2:- Attention to bidder is hereby invited to upload revised BOQ if published during their bid submission. Uploading of incorrect/ pre-revised BOQ shall be treated as non bonafide and rejected. Note 3:-The contract sum shall be arrived at after deducting amount of schedule of credit from the total quoted amount.
