M&L for dismantling/taking down carefully by disconnecting of electric connection from pole/ walls of street light fittings, HPSV, HPMV, flood lights of any type and wattage etc and any situation/ location, place complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing of LED street light 120 Watt WARM WHITE 3000K with silicon gasket for IP 66 (no glue) protection suitable upto 50mm OD holder fixed on existing poles, LED street light shall be made up of pressure die cast alluminium LM 6 alloy housing with toughend glass and high power LEDs and secondary lenses with IP 66 protections ( any one of maufacturers of LED viz; Nichia, Cree, OSRAM, Philips) top opening for separate driver compartment with frame, brand, logo embossed, toughened glass cover. High power ceramic base, CRI > 70, and bolted inside the luminaire panel. Average life class of 50000 hrs metal body fully coated phase to phase protection at 440 V upto 4 hours and > 300 V auto cut and restart feature. Luminaries and driver shall be of same make to avoid any dispute and service issue later all as directed and specified. Note :- LM-79 test report, LM-80 report with minimum 9000 hrs testing to support 50K life TTC and dirver NABL accreditated report shall be submitted before execution of work to the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing LED street light 90W integral luminaries made of high pressure die cast aluminium alloy complete including lamp, with PF>.95 class IP 66 and above housing pof pressure die case aluminium alloy complete with toughened glass, Having driver integral (inbuilt 4 KV SPD), external 10KV SPD , driver effeciency >90%, system efficacy >100 Lumens/ Watt, operating voltage 140V -270 V 50 Hz, THD <10% surge protection 10 KV, CRI >70, CCT 5700K, Manufracturer's NABL accerediated LM 79 test report shall be required with LM 80 certified LEDs ISI0322 part-5 Sec 3 2012 test facilities and report, LED luminaries having integral RF 2.4 GHz based street light controller for group ON/OFF / Dimming and individaul fault detection/ alert based of RF Mesh network and RF Antenna shall be inside of the housing for clear line of site communication, the back cover of the led driver compartment shall be made of PC cover for RF communication, RF mesh network should be multi hop, self healing and self configurable based in IEEE 802.15.4 standard. All street light shall be directly communicated and contorllable by CCMS only wirelessly, SLC housing LED street light shall be warrantly for5 years, LED luminaire shall have unique QR code for installation through mobile based app.

Supply and fixing LED flood light 200 watt 230V AC outdoor type with thermal management in multiple optics and equipped with IP66 protection, with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp in replaceemnt metal halide flood light hoarding light luminaire complete all accessories, connecting up with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per Srl item No 8 above but 120 watt all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement GI pipe bracket made out of GI pipe light grade 32mm dia and bend to shape 1.5 mtr long, including MS clamps made out of MS flat iron of size 40 x4mm thick with nuts & bolts, washers complete including dismantling the existing GI pipe bracket and drilling of holes for nuts & bolts etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of three phase 8 KW Automatic street light control switch using Infrared Sensor based NATURE SWITCH for automatic switching of street lights. Nature switch operation should be based on Natural Light Lux level. Switching on illuminance level should be of minimum 30 Lux and Switching off illuminance should be greater than or equal to 10 Lux. The sensor should also have part night operation facility of min 4 hrs to maximum 12 hrs. The circuit shall have a provision for manual over ride operation. The sensor along with suitable power contactors and incoming-outgoing MCBs should be enclosed in a pole/wall mountable enclosure made of rust proof, electric shock proof, termite proof and FR grade SMC junction box conforming to IP54 complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. The make of Nature switch Kakatiya Energy Systems/ Havells/ Healer. Contactor : BCH/ L&T/ Schneider, MCB : Hager/ Schneider/ L&T/ C&S, SMC enclosure and circuit sheet " Sintex/ Hensel".

Repair / tightening of end terminals of street light fitting, flood light, Post top lanten of any size/ capacity at any height and repair the street lights having minor faults i.e loose connections, carbon deposition, shifting and refixing the same etc and make the light functgional all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- (a) Complaint shall be done within 48 hours after intimation by JE E/M / Engineer-in-Charge failing which penalty of Rs 100/- per day per complaint will be levied on contractor. (b) One supervisor will report to JE E/M / Engineer-in-Charge on daily basis with complaint Register.

Supply and fixing in replacement of 3 pole power contractor of amp rating 45 to 60 amps as per existing make and rating all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and laying weather proof flat twin core cable aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade size 6 sqmm including taking out old one complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl item No 14 above but size 10 sqmm.

Supply and fix aluminium lugs eye type suitable for cable size 10 Sqmm including necessary crimping with crimping tool complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement junction box poly corbonate size 250x200x 100mm with glass fibre reinforced , environment friendly, recylable, UV resistant , halogen and silicon free anti acid and anti corrosive IP 66/67 in accordance with IE rule internally embedded gasket, junction box including 3 phase 415 volt aluminium bus bar and din rail for fixing the MCB including one No MCB SP 6A 10KA to control the street light including necessary clamps, nuts bolts to fix the junction box with poles all specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of electric pole removing complete dust and other deposited materials by cleaning from steel tubular pole of length upto 9 to 12 metres cross arms, bracing, clamps etc and painting with one coat of aluminium paint, retaining and repainting existing marking on pole and replacement of reflective band of 3M brand RED -YELLOW-RED alternate coloured 3 numbers of minimum 5 CM in height wrapped all around the pole all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out of faulty LT cable of any size, finding out the fault in cable and relaying, jointing, tesing of serviceable LT cable complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge. Notes :- (1) Excavation earth work, road cutting, brick for cable protection and sand cushioning and joints shall be measured & paid separately. Only manually excavation will be done at site to avoid damage of cable protection brick and LT cable. If cable damaged during excavation same will be repaired by the contractor without any extra cost to Govt. (2) The fault should be rectified within 2 days of time frame after informed to the contractor/ contractor rep by telephonically/ Whatsapp msg or letter by JE/ Engineer-in-Charge, failing which Rs. 1000/- per day will be levied to the contractor as penalty.

Excavation in trenches in soft/ loose soil n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc. 1.5m in depth for poles, stay, cable, pipe etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, etc. n. exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth including taking out brick for cable protection, sand cushioning and getting out all as specified.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers each n.exc 25 cm thick in soft/ loose soil all as specified.

Removal of excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtrs and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay brick common burnt sub class "B" old size (compressive strength not less than 75 kg per sqcm) for protection of cable laid in trenches for under ground cable all as specified.

M & L for sand cushioning trenches using fine sand to under ground cable, laid in two layers 15cm before laying the cable & 8cm after laying the cable complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for road cutting including excavation returning filling in spreading leveling , well ramming in layers, soling with broken boulders/ stones obtained from demolition of existing road, 7.5cm thick coarse aggregate obtained from demolition of existing WBM of road, watering and ramming, 40mm thick PCC 1:2:4 using 20mm graded stone aggregate for road patch repair work, Section/ cross section area of cutting shall be as specified and as directed by Engineer -In Charge.

Supply, laying,connecting, in replacement XLPE insulated armoured (under ground) heavy duty electic cable with stranded aluminum conductor 1100 volts grade of cross sectional area 16 Sqmm 4 core laid in trenches/ ducts/ through pipes/ in floor/ road/ along the pole including finding out the fault in cable complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : (a) (1) Excavation earth work, road cutting, brick for cable protection and sand cushioning shall be measured & paid separately. Supply and erecting in steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws as pecified type 410 SP-55 (11.0 metres long) including dismantling existing pole complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggreate as in foundation of pole, stay assembly etc. complete all as specified and directed

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggreate as in coping of poles including necessary form work and fair finish to exposed surfaces complete all as specified and directed

M&L in replacement for cable protection GI tubing light grade fixed along the pole/wall/ under road of size 40mm bore with nuts, bolts and clamps including taking down existing all as directed.

M&L in replacement for crossarms , bracing, supports, clamps and back plates, fabricated from structural steel section includinng nut bolts washers including welding, bending, cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated in drawings or as directed, inclduing two coasts of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide and specified .

M&L for binding the dislocated conductor with insulator on pole with aluminium conductor all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- (i) Aluminium conductor for binding provided by the contractor on the quoted rate. (ii) 02 x insulator on a pole measured as ONE JOB.

A Schedule of Credit for old/unserviceable demolished/dismantled items has been catered for in the tender. The Schedule of Credit is pre-priced by MES. The final amount of the tender shall be arrived at after deducting the total amount of Schedule of Credit from the total amount of BoQ as per General Summary sheet catered for after Schedule of Credit.
