M&L for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to galvanized earth lead wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical Plate No 3 of MES SSR-2009 Part-I connected to main switch board or main control board all as specified and testing on completion including provision of earth wire protected by 15mm dia light grade GI pipe and watering pipe shall be 20mm bore light grade including all excavation and earth work in any type of soil, PCC pit with pre-cast RCC cover with handle of 8 mm dia bar, charcoal/salt, funnel with wire mesh etc complete all as specified and directed. EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY NOTE:- For items of External Water Supply notes given at the beginning of Sch ‘A’ Part-IV (External Water Supply) shall also be applicable.

M&L for road cutting depth up to 1.5 mtr below the normal ground level to lay pipe line upto 300 mm dia across the road in horizontal position and making good the disturbed portion to match with the existing surfaces including returning filling with approved excavated earth complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, connecting, jointing and testing ductile iron pressure pipe ISI maked to IS-8329-2000 (Reaffiremed - 2005 Edition 4.1 of 300mm bore suitable for "push on joints" in standard working lengths supplied with rubber gasket duly ISI marked for water supply, class K-9 with socket and with cement mortar lining inside the metalic zinc coating with finishing layer of bituminous paint on outside the pipe without polythelene sleeves but including "Push on joint" supplied with ISI marked EPDM rubber gasket conforming to IS-5382-1985 (Reaffirmed - 2003) with dual hardness of type -2 (bulb) and type -5 (Heel) quality laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Cast iron 50 mm bore air release valve, double chamber, as per IS 14845 including mounting GI pipe and clamps as per requirement at site suitable for 150 to 300mm bore cast iron pipe/ ductile iron pipe including all fittings washer, nuts & bolt etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F cast iron foot valve of 200 mm size with flanged end IS-4038 including necessary rubber gasket, MS nuts, bolts, washers, etc of suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 300 mm bore non return valve both end flanged suitable for cast iron pipe including all fittings, washer, nuts & bolt, etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F cast iron sluice valve of 300 mm bore class PN-1.6, ISI marked (as per IS 14846 of 2000) heavy duty with flanged ends with high tensile SS spindle and gun metal check nut, iron hand wheel and fixing with providing suitable nuts, bolts, washers and rubber gasket for packing, etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Any damage made to pipe lines, over head reservoir while replacing the sluice valve will be repaired by contractor on his own cost.

All as per BOQ Serial Item No.4.12 above but Motorised Sluice Valve of 300mm bore; compatible to SCADA system and having RS485 or other communication port complete all as specified and directed

Supply, install, testing and comissioning manufacturer's factory assembled and tested, electric motor driven pump set not less than 40HP, comprising of heavy duty, horizontally split casing type, multi stage Centrifugal pump, cast iron body with bronze impeller, casing ring, sleeves, etc coupled to electric motor of suitable capacity by means of flexible coupling and mounted on a common fabricated MS based frame with anti-vibration pads 6 numbers, the scope of work also includes the foundation of pump ser (as per manufacturer's recommendations including PCC foundation, MS bolts with nuts and anti-vibrating pads) with & including the follwing complete all as specified and directed:-

BOQ Serial Item No.4.14 (i) Pump capable of delivering 1200 litres per minute at 60 meter head coupled throughflexible coupling to TEFC squirrel cage induction motor 1500 RPM (Synchronous speed) of capacity as recommended by manufacturer. "Y" junction, double branch, cross (sockets or socket and spigot or flanged ends as per site requirement) collars, caps and plugs etc suitable for 80 to 300mm dia pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, connecting, jointing and testing DI pipe 300 mm bore, K-9 type with flanged ends including DI flange, thickness as per IS, centrifugally cast, class ‘B’, in any length, laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, connecting, jointing and testing DI pipe 250 mm bore, K-9 type with flanged ends including DI flange, thickness as per IS, centrifugally cast, class ‘B’, in any length, laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 600x600x6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.50 mtr below the ground level connected to galvanised iron strip of 32x6 mm as earth lead by means of bolts nuts check nuts & washers of galvanised iron or steel ,surrounded by charcoal of coke and salt, protected by GI pipe 40 mm bore (light grade), water pipe 20mm bore GI medium grade with funnel and wire mesh,and making chamber of PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate and coping shall be in PCC(1:3:6) type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, 50 mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 80 mm c/c boath ways including excavation and earth work in any type of soil and removal of surplus soil to distance n exc 50 m complete all shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR part- 2010 and also including making test point for testing of earthing made out of gun metal or phosphorous bronge size 75x75x25 mm complete all as specified and directed.
