Cutting & removing the complete damaged portion of the 5000 DWT ship mooring M.S. buoy & Twin Point mooring bouys by gas cutting and making the structure surface perfectly in level to facilitate fabrication of new steel structurals and m.s. plates without any deviation in the original alignment and design, stacking the cut & removed steel materials within a lead of 50 mtrs as directed by the Engineer in Charge, including cost of all labour charges, cost of all materials required transportation of materials etc; complete.

Fabrication, erection and assembling of steel structures by cutting as well as by addition to the structure 5000 DWT ship Mooring M.S. Buoy and Twin Point Mooring Buoy to strengthen the esisting structure with various sizes of m.s. plates, Angles, rods etc; and other steel sturcturals using welding with base run 3.15 and there over 4 mm Advani Orlikon electrodes, as per the direction of the Engineer in Charge including running expenses of welding generator, hire charges of welding and gas cutting set cost of all labour charges electrodes minor tools, Gases, transportation charges etc; and cost of all steel structurals such as M.S. plate, M.S. Angles and transportation charges etc; complete.

Chipping, Scrapping and thoroughly cleaning the old steel surface of the 5000 DWT ship mooring m.s.buoys and Twin Point Mooring Buoy with chipping hammer, scrapper, hammer etc; and cleaning with wire brush and cotton waste etc; as directed by the Engineer in Charge including cost of all labour charges cost of all materials and tools required.

Cleaning with cotton waste the newly fabricated plates,angles etc Painting one coat of primer paint and two coats of S E Paint over primer coat including cost of all labour charges, cost of painting brushes ,minor tools cost of paints etc; as per the direction of EIC. complete.

Supply and filling of good quality thermocol packing (20 kg density) full inside buoy as directed by the Engineer in charge including cost of all labour charges, cost of thermocol, minot tools, transportation charges etc., complete.

Supply and fixing of anodes of Zinc Alloy (Iscode 8062 (Part-IV)-1079) of size 3.5" x 1.5" x 12" with four legs in a zigzag manner over the outer submerged surface of Mooring Buoys to have cathodic protection to the mooring buoy against corrosion as per the instruction of the Engineer in charge including cost of all labour charges, cost ofZinc Anodes, all consumable items required for its fitment, etc., complete.

Supply and fixing 'D' type rubber fender 1 mtr length pieces vertically/horizontally by using clamps & S.S Bolts & Nuts etc, as directed by Engineer in charge including cost of all labour charges, cost of fenders, bolts & nuts, all consumable items required for its fitment, etc., complete.
