Repairing of 600mm dia Sluice valve of delivery of pump set no 1 at CWPH HP-I by carrying out the following works :- Cutting of rusted nut bolts with the help of gas cutter and removing from the valve and fixing new nut bolts.
Removing of upper dome of sluice valve with flap with the help of HOT crane and taking out from the Pump House
Making / fixing of blank plate on sluice valve body with rubber packing and nut bolt to check the flooding of water in Pump House as the pumping is running round the clock from pump house
Repairing of C.I. sluice flap by making proper sealing arrangement of spindle nut seat for liftng of flap up and down and by rotation of spindle with gearbox by bolting with C.I. plate as per job condition on both side of seat.
Repairing of GM seat of flap by remelting polishing etc. and making grinding as required by job
Repairing of bronze nut by fixing of bronze Bush in worn out damage thread and rethreading the same (as per sample)
Repairing of S.S. spindle by remettaling and rethreading etc. as required
Assembling the flap ,upper dome, SS spindle, GM nut, Bearing,gland housing .
To and fro charges for sluice valves of 600mm diameter including loading and unloading charges
Opening of dead flange from the main body by removing of nut bolt and making operation of sluice valve body with packing ,nut bolt and operations useful in body by gear box drive required for closing and opening on load
