All as per serial item No 2.00 here-in-before but except bricks. Note : Old serviceable bricks retrieved from serial Item No. 1.00 here-in-before shall be re-used under this item.

M&L walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted stone masonry built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified & as directed.

All as per serial item No. 4.00 here-in-before but except stones. Note : Old serviceable stones retrieved from serial item No. 1.00 here-in-before shall be re-used under this item.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving n exc 15cm thick (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed .

Demolition of reinforcement cement concrete of any description and in any position (reinforcement cut as required to facilitte demolition) all as specified and as directed.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggragate as in coping/bed blocks, bed plates etc including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating making groves for fixing of man hole cover including necessary form work.

S&F precast cement concrete louvers and jallies, 25mm thick, type B0 (1:2:4) (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) incl all mouldings but excl frame (measured solid), set in cement mortar 1:6.

M&L 75mm thick cement concrete (1:3:6) type C1 using 20 mm thick graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection laid in alternate bays n exc 2.5m length finished even & smooth and joint to be filled with Bituminous mastic filling including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L precast RCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in landings, cover slabs (for man holes, drains etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces including placing in position and set in CM (1:6) complete all as specified & as directed. Note :- Reinforcement shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L cement concrete 1:3:6, type C2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains and benching including finishing the top of benching even and smooth using extra cement. Note : Forming fair finished channel for drain using extra cement shall be measured and paid for separately.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc.

M&L reinforcement TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally or hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified.

S&F mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc using angle iron, flat iron, round bars with end of bars shouldered and or rivetted or forged into spikes, framed guard bars barred into iron doors, walkways railing framework amd similler work confiming to Fe 290, grade E-165 all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster on PCC/stone surface/brick surfaces including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc all as directed.

M&L rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on brick/ stone masonry surfaces or surfaces of brick/Stone work of walls, finishing the surface even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L rough cast plaster on exterior walls applying the under coat of cement and sand morrtar 1:3 not less than 10mm thick and while it is still in plastic state the roughcast mixture consisting of crushed stone or fine gravel aggregate (size between 6 to 12mm) mixed with coarse sand and cement in the raio of 1:1:1 shall be applied and finished even. The mix of cement and sand shall made slightly wetter than normal for rendering to ensure that larger aggregate are thoroughly covered complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparing new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement paint over a coat of wall primer complete as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up 150mm bore drain pipes, salt glazed stone ware set in cement mortar including PCC haunching and bedding, complete.

M&L cement concrete 75mm thick 1:2:4 type B-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in pathways/hardstanding laid in alternate ways, each panel not exceeding 3.00 Sqm finished the surface even and fair without using extra cement and joint to be filled with bituminous mastic filling including necessary form work complete all as specified & directed.

M&L cement concrete 100mm thick 1:2:4 type B-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in pathways / hardstanding / berms etc, laid in alternate ways, each panel not exceeding 3.00 Sqm finished the surface even and fair without using extra cement and joint to be filled with Bituminous mastic filling including necessary form work complete all as specified & directed.

Forming construction joint 30mm deep x 10mm wide filled with sealing compound, Grade ‘A’.

M&L kota stone slab 20 to 25mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillars laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab over with and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 including cutting, moulding outer edges, rubbing and mirror polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L pre-cast (Factory casted) cement concrete Kerb stone casted in PCC (1:2:4) Type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates with plan or interlocking joints (as directed) with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting and jointed in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified & directed.

All as per item No 42.00 herein before but except cement concrete kerb stone (old stone to be re-used) set in CM 1:4.

M&L preparation of kerb stone, new un-treated concrete or plastered surfaces of any description over 10cm girth or width, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint in black and white colour over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of kerb stone,old painted concrete surfaces or plastered surfaces of any description over 10cm girth or width, not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint in black and white colour complete all as specified and directed.

M&L taking down and removal of loose/ditegrated old concrete plaster and applying 3mm thick bonding coat of modified styrene butadiene emulsion (SBR Bonding agent i.e Nitobond SBR 45) in proportion 1 (Nitobond SBR 45) : 1(Water) : 3 (OPC) by volume with the brushes etc to bind New cement plaster/polymer Modified Plaster/concrete /Screed concrete with old surface etc complete.

M&L applying 15mm thick plaster with polymer modified mortar fortified with SBR (Nitobond SBR 45) in porpotion 1:3 by weight 5 Litres Nit bond SBR 45 to added to 50 Kg cement with 13 Litre water addition, finished surface to match with existing adjoining surface of ceiling, beams and like complete.

M&L rendering 20mm thick polymer cement mortar 1:3 prepared with latex SBR by the weight of cement concrete surface incl. Finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement. Make Liquid of M/S choksey/ STP/Sika / Pidilite as approved by GE. Note:- Exact qty and application process of chemical is strictly as per manufaturer's guidelines.

M&L waterproofing treatment by the water proofing liquid of Tech force 2K strong of choksey or equivalent of Dr Fixit/ Fosroc after proper cleaning of the new surface free of dust and applying the first coat (By brush only) @ 4-4.5 Sqm/Lit, allowing it to dry for 24 hrs and applying the second coat over it on horizontal and vertical surface all as specified and directed. Note:- Application shall be carried out through authorised applicator of manufacturer only and as per guidlines of manufacturer strictly. Each stage shall be passed by the Engr-in-Charge/GE before laying further coat. Note:-Sunshield 100 of M/S Choksey or fosroc /ST/ Pidilite /Sika as approved by GE.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh,any type including Mild steel bars, flat iron, nuts & bolts etc complete all as specifeid and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section, including taking out embedded portion in natural ground and making good disturbed ground. Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 using 40MM graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete in fixing of fencing post including necessary form work if required at site complete all as specified and directed.

S&F fencing post/hand rails, half round or other sted section including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolt posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165.

S&F mild steel screw bolts (Machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and the screwed the other to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square but exc 5 cm but n.exc 10 cm long, dia of shank 5 to 10mm.

Supply only Chain link MS galvanised fencing, any size or type complete all as specified and approved by GE.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc.including provission of binding wire complete all specified and directed.

M&L mild steel round bars of 10 mm dia and over conforming to Grade E-165 (Fe 290) as in handles of man hole covers & similar works including necessary cutting etc and fixing in position complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in repair galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured)

M&L treating ends of posts, backs of chowkhats, etc, area tarred exc 0.1 Sqm but n.exc 0.5 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparing new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of wall primer all as specified and directed.

M&L preparing new steel surfaces of any description width or girth exc 10 cm applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer all as specified.
