M&L for false ceiling with Armgyp-FB ceiling tiles of size 595mm x 595mm, 9mm thick (as approved by GE) fixed with and including galvanized iron powder coated inverted ‘Tee’ or ‘L’ section (concealed GI frame work) suspended from ceiling with provision of galvanized wire 4 mm dia and wall taping screw including butterfly clips, hold down clips for fixing the board to frame complete all as per manufacturer’s instructions, complete, all as directed and specified. (a) Size of grid – 610 x 610 mm. (b) Size of main Tee – 39 x 24.70 x 0.80mm. (c) Size of cross Tee – 39 x 24.70 x 0.80mm. (d) Size of wall angle – 22.20 x 22.20 x 0.65mm.

All as per serial item No 7.00 here-in-before but except ridges. Note : Old serviceable ridges retrieved from serial item No. 2.00 here-in-before shall be used under this item.

S&F solid PVC Wall Lining consisting of 5mm thick wood grain printed PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame as per specifications and drawing given in SSR. Note :- PVC fillets & PVC strips shall be measured and paid for separately.

S&F 5mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35mm for wall paneling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC Frame as per specifications and drawing given in SSR.

S&F mild steel framed work as in doors / gates / steel frames etc. of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete of Gde E-165(Fe 290), drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering including necessary welding etc and fixing in position complete.

S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws or ‘L’ type or ‘J’ type or cranked hooks bolts complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for cutting holes in stone walls built in cement mortar for inserting holdfasts and making good dismantled portion in cement mortar 1:3, exc half brick & not exc one brick (Depth of embedded portion of holdfasts or lugs measured from the face of the jamb into the wall)

S&F 0.63mm thick plain galvanized mild steel sheeting in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length & girth as fixed) with grade of Zinc coating 275 complete all as specified & as directed.

Dismantling timber scantling 40 sqcm and over in section in unframed work in any position complete all as specified.

S&F rolled mild steel as in joist, channel, angle or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths ie. within 20mm of the length directed) and similar work conforming to Gde E-250 (Fe 410-W) quality `A’ all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc.

S&F 2mm thick fibre glass reinforced translucent corrugated sheeting with two corrugation side lap fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts in roof, wall etc complete all as specified.

M&L preparation of old painted steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster on PCC/stone surface/brick surfaces including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc all as directed.

M&L rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on stone masonry surfaces or surfaces other than fair face of brick work of walls finished even & smooth without using extra cement with water proofing compound (ISI marked) @ 3% by weight of cement complete, all as specified.

(ii) Contractor can issued required materials weekly basis during the currency of work through receipt/issue voucher so that accountability/record of supply only items could be maintained. (iii) The items should be supplied within 30 days from date of commencement of work and periodical work will only start when complete supply of material carried out. (v) If the supply is not completed timly, Contractor will be liable for compensation as per IAFW-2249. (vi) Application of cement base paint/ OBD/synthetic enamel is calculated as per manufacturer instructions.

M&L rendering 5mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on concrete surfaces in ceiling, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for Washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers, under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand ) furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 3 Kg of cement per square metre, top layer 15mm cement plaster 1:1/2:2 (1 cement: 1/2 coarse sand : 2 stone chipping 10mm nominal size) in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing, the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings complete all as specified and directed.

Forming groove of uniform size 15mm wide and 15mm deep in the top layer of washed stone grit plaster as per approoved pattern using wooden battens, nailed to the under layer including removal of wooden battens repair to the edges of panels and finishing the groove complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Labour only for old decorated surface of wall incl brooming down or steel wire brushing; scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots including cornices, plasters etc and applying one coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed by Engr- in - Charge.
