Cartage of line material viz Weasal Conductor, GI earth wire, Cross Arm, Angle, Channel, Insulator, Clamps & other line material from Store centre or from any other place to the respective site of work through the Kachha Pacca road including the work of its loading & unloading at the respective ends also including the work of dragging etc. and also including the cost of labour, T&P carrier etc. required for proper completion of work. (Dist. 0 to 50 Kms.).

Erection of single support including complete H.T/L.T fittings as per RESPO manual and as per direction of Engineer incharge including the cost of labour, T & P and carrier etc. required for proper completion of work.

Retighting of stay complete with nozelling & binding including cost of labour T&P etc required for proper completion of work.

Re-sagging of loose HT/LT line conductor as per direction of superwising engineer. It includes the cost of labour T&P carrier etc. required for proper completion of work.

Drilling and cutting of tee off channel, V cross arms, Top channel, cross bracing angle, MS garding angle, Dropper chanel as per specification of UPPCL construction manual including including loading and unloading at the both ends.

Grouting of PCC poles as per RESPO norms including cost of grouting material (cement: sand: brick ballast) size 1500x450x450 mm). This qty also includes the additional work of old & existing LT line which has to be converted into HT line. Presently the supports of old line do not have grouting.

Chopping of tree branches which are touching to 11 KV/LT lines.

Demounting & installation of following capacity transformer due to damage of PCC poles in storm including the work of its loading & unloading, dragging etc. and also including the cost of labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

Guarding of old 11 KV line damaged due to storm by laying two nos. GI wire parallel and fixing of lacings (tilli) at a distance at 2-3 Mtr. as per RESPO manual and also including the cost of arragement of labour, T & P etc. required for proper completion of work.

Fixing of earthing rod as per RESPO manual and as per direction of supervising engineer including the cost of labour, T&P etc. Required for proper completion of work.

(a) Erection and grouting of stay set including the work of nozzling etc. as per RESPO manual and also including the cost of arrangement of all grouting material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work

(b) Providing and fixing of stay insulator.

Erection of section Tee pole including fixing of all fittings as per RESPO norms.

Installation of extra “T”on the old erected poles wherever required alongwith all fitting as per direction of supervising engineer including the cost of labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. The “T”pole shall be grouted with cement, sand and brick ballast/stone ballast in ratio 1:4:8 including the cost of arrangement of cement, sand, brick ballast/stone ballast, stone pad etc. as per actual site requirement.
