33 KV HT PANEL - DETAILED DISCRIPTION AS BELOW AND AS SPECIFIED- INDOOR BREAKER PANEL
Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Indoor type, floor mounted, metal clad, construction Lsc2b , totally enclosed 33kV Switch Board VCB panel as per IEC 62271 ,IS‐3427 with latest amended up to date and as per specifications, having 03 Nos. VCB panel boards as per SLD (detailed description at Item no. 1.02 & 1.03). Panel shall house breakers having totally enclosed, fully interlocked, horizontal isolation, horizontal drawout on floor, Single break vacuum interrupters with trip free mechanism, motorised charged (230VAC) and auto/manual tripping/closing continuous duty coils (24/30VDC), ON/OFF indicators, in‐built spring charging handle, hand trip device and mechanical anti‐pumping arrangement, suitable for 33 KV, 3‐Phase, 50Hz A.C. , along with CTs/PTs, bus‐bars, cable‐chambers all enclosed inside arc‐proof chambers made from corrosion resistant Galvanized/Aluzinc sheets 2mm thick enclosure, complete with capability to handle short time current of 26.3 kA for 3 sec, Internal Arc for AFLR 26.3 kA for 3 sec (as per IEC), also as per site requirement and as per local electricity authority complete. The panel shall be completed with interconnections, space heaters, earthing, etc. and equipped with following switchgears and accessories including making capacity earth switch on each feeder, connections suitable for cable upto 1Runs x3C x 185sqmm XLPE cable of 33KV on incomer & outgoing 1Run x 3C x 185sqmm of same grade (cable entry from bottom). Microprocessor based (O/C, SC + E/F) with HT switchgear including suitable protection relays, metering, LED indications, push buttons, busbars, as per the requirement detailed in the tender documents/ SLD etc. complete with self contained, fully interlocked, rack in and rack out mechanism, Aluminium bus bars with PVC heat shrinkable sleeves of 630 Amps capacity also featured with mechanical ON/OFF indicator as required. The panel shall be complete in all respects including foundation frame, bolting, grouting and shall be installed with sufficient clearance from side/rear/top as per safety guidelines. The panel shall be provided with arc flash protection as per specifications. The panel shall be complete with suitable surge protection device required for the suitable voltage level and withstanding current. The panel shall be complete with FRLSH copper stranded conductor wiring, Terminal Blocks, cable‐ducts, isolation MCBs, LED illumination, power‐socket and space‐heater with thermostat complete as required as described in Item No 1.02 & 1.03 (Refer payment Terms :100% Payment on completion of work ).

SUPPLY,INSTALLATION,TESTING & COMMISSIONING OF LT PANELS WITH SPECIFIC INCLUSIONS:
The outgoing feeders as indicated in SLD shall have suitable range of followings.
ALL Digital electronic MFM and KWH meter shall be provided with RS 485 port/RJ‐45 communication port compatible for BMS & Three phase indicating lamps protected by 2 amps SP MCBs.
All MCCB's shall be suitable for (Icu= Ics= 100% at 415/433Volts, ‐‐kA for 1 sec as specified in the item,.)
All incoming as well as outgoing feeders shall have pad locking facility.
Suitable danger board shall be provided
All MCCB’s shall be provided with front rotary handle and operating mechanism for door interlock with Pad locking of MCCB’s handles in “OFF” Position.
The Panel fabricator shall provide Al. Bus‐bars link from Breakers wherever more than two nos. of cables are terminated in the breakers.
All hinged door shall be earthed through 2.5 sq mm tinned braided copper wire.
All the panels containing switchgear upto 250A rating shall be PTTA as per IS 8623/IEC 60439, and above 630A shall be type tested assembly as per IEC:61439
Enclosed type with floor mounted dust and vermin proof fully compartmentalised indoor type cubical, IP 42 , LT distribution board fabricated from 2 mm thick CRCA sheet (confirming to IEC.60439(PTTA) having all switch gear separate from hinged doors with properlyfitted gasket, painting and complete with interconnection with suitable size PVC insulated copper wire etc and having following switchgears , instrument etc.
All the ATS shall be suitable for withstanding the fault current same as of the panel & complying to the specifications.
All the panels shall be internal arc protection for minimum 0.3 sec. as per IEC and specifications.

All Back access panel shall be housed with encapsulated Spark gap based class‐1/type‐1 SPD with in built fuse for each incomer at each Bus Section of 100kA 10/350mS as per IS/IEC 62305‐3 LPL‐I. Bus Bar :
2 Sections of Electrolytic high conductivity Aluminium extensible three phase and neutral busbars rated at 250 amps , & auxiliary Bus Bars of suitable capacity insulated with heat shrinkable coloured PVC sleeves & suitable to withstand symmetrical fault level of 25 kA at 433 volts, i/c DMC/SMC bus bars supports at required intervals complete for cross section, size supports & their spacing etc.

All MCCB (Ics=lcu) with O/L, S/C,E/F followings shall be applicable to each.
All outgoing with MCCB for O/C, S/C,E/F protection with On, off trip indications of following capacity and rating, 16 KA (Ics=Icu=100% ) with Set of Digital flush type calibrated Intelligent multifunction meters (with communication port) suitable rating class ‐ 1.0 accuracy , showing V, A, KW with 3 Nos. cast resin current transformers of dual core CT's of suitable Amp. ratio, 5 VA Class 1.0 metering. , Spreader links and phase barrier, solid neutral link complete with wiring , connections etc.

Wiring for power plug with 2X4 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit alongwith 1 No 4 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable for loop earthing as required. MCB should be provided separately.

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of LED Flood Light 50 Watt including all accessories for fixing the light. The Fixture should comply with the other parameters as per IS 10322. Luminaire shal have minimum surge protection of 2 KV.
