Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc. or for shafts, wells, cess pits, manholes, pier holes etc. not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out as in soft/loose soil.

Removing excavated material (soil) not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.50 m above the starting point.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm as in soft/loose soil.

Material and labour for Plain Cement Concrete M-7.5(Nominal Mix) using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Plain Cement Concrete M-10(Nominal Mix) using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Plain Cement Concrete M-15(Nominal Mix) using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in making good window opening, lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, coping, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water trough and the like including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Reinforced Cement Concrete M-20 (Nominal mix) using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in slabs supported on walls, beams and Columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Reinforced cement concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) in any position and removing debris to a distance n.exc. 50 m etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Use and waste of formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slab, floor slabs, landings not exceeding 200 mm thick (horizontal or sloping) for rough finished surfaces of concrete.

Material and labour for TMT Bars Fe 500D 10mm dia & over cut to length bent to shape required inculding cranking bending spirally hooping for columns etc and binding with MS wire ennealed less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clip complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick masonry built in cement sand mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars , etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Brick work with bricks class designation 75, old size, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius built in Cement Mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for brick work with bricks class designation 75, size as per old size brick, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius half brick thick walls built in Cement Mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Rendering 15mm thick plaster in Cement Mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick or concrete surface of wall and finished even and smooth without using extra cement, with water proofing treatment.

Taking down cement plaster from brick or concrete surfaces of any description including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new surfaces and and applying 2 coats of cement based paint over a coat of alkali based primer complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete ( un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removing debris to a distance n.exc. 50 m etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 75mm thick plain cement concrete 7.5 (Nominal Mix) using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base floor complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Hard core of gauge not exceeding 63 mm of broken stone or boulders , spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface

Material and labour for Plain Cement Concrete M-15(Nominal Mix) using 20 mm gaded stone aggregate as in Surface channel and drain

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc.

Material , Labour and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and as directed..

Material, Labour and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever complete all as specified and as directed..

M& L for cutting existing GI pipes 40 mm dia for insertion of new Tee 40X40X25 mm incl Tee for branch connection complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of uPVC of type-B for use in soil and waste discharge systems, single socket, 110 mm bore in any length including rubber ring joints and laid in treanches and all as specified in IS 13592 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing of Salt glazed stoneware drain pipes 150 mm bore laid in trenches and jointed as specified. complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in concrete bed to drain pipes 150 mm bore, including packing under and hunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Thickness of PCC bed 10 cm and width of PCC bed shall be outer dia of pipe plus 30 cm.

Demolition and breaking up 150 mm internal dia drain pipes (Salt glazed ware, AC or Reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar etc complete all as specified and directed.

Removing all material i.e. mud, solids, brick bats, polythene silt etc from drainage surface of any girth and cleaning of surface area of drain by wire brush and all rubbish obtained from drain shall be disposed from MOD land completes as and specified and directed.

Material and labour for test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm, drilled and screwed including 3 nos. 8mm dia 25mm long hex. head screw complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing GI tubing 40mm bore, medium grade with welded with complete fixing arrangement for 12mm dia air termination rod all as specified and directed. Note :- Air termination rod and PCC bedding shall be measurements separately.

Material and labour for Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead, aluminium strip, 25 x 3.15 mm size, fixed to wall with epoxy earthing strip insulator of size 25mm x3 mm fixing on wall for earthing continuity conductor or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead, GI strip, 32x6 mm size, fixed to wall with epoxy earthing strip insulator of size 25mm x3 mm fixing on wall for earthing continuity conductor or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of epoxy earthing strip insulator of size 25mm x3 mm fixing on wall for earthing continuity conductor complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) for laying GI strip in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level)

Material & Labour for Plain Cement Concrete M-10(Nominal Mix) using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping, pedastal of pole and necessary form work complete complete all as specified and directed .

Material & Labour for earthing with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 60cmx60cmx6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below the ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to the galvanised earth lead by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel using GI strip 32x6mm as earthing lead as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion including necessary excavation and earth work in soft/loose soil, returning filling, disposal of surplus soil, earth pit in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate pit, funnel, 20mm dia GI medium grade watering pipe, 40mm dia GI medium grade earth lead protection pipe, CI frame and cover, wire, copper lugs etc mesh, chorcoal and common salt in alternatee layer and including taking down existing one complete all as specified and directed .
