Cutting the existing DI/MS pipe line of 150 mm dia for alterations or additions necessarily done in position without taking down and inserting Tee of 150 x 150 x 150 mm with and including the Tee for tapping complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for laying of Ductile Iron pipe with spigot and socket end centrifugally cast(spun) class K-9 of 150 mm dia pipe conforming to IS-8329 including testing and commissioning all as specified and as directed.

Supply, fix ,connecting , testing and commissioning of OEM Manufactured APFC Panel (automatic and manual operation) with 7% Aluminium reactor of capacity 40 KVAR (Output) @ 440 V AC interconnection with LT Panel/ Transformer (outdoor/ indoor) with appropriate size of electric power cable 1.1KV . The stage rating shall be (2 X 10) + (2 X 5) + (1 X 7.5) + (1 X 2.5) KVAR. The APFC Panel shall be fully type tested at an independnt Laboratory and shall comply with IEC 61439-1&2 and IEC 61921, IS-16636-2017. The degree of protection of enclosure system of the APFC Panel shall be min IP 54 (Outdoor) in accordance with IEC 60529. The capacitor bank shall be internet of things (IoT) enabled and communicable / integrable with BMS . The APFC Panel shall be Outdoor type confirming to IS 13341:1992 & IS13440:1993 floor mounted design fabricated out of 14 SWG CRCA Sheet treated through chemical with 8 tank process method of degreasing, derusting and phosphating powder coating (60-80 microns), painted in SIEMENS GREY (RAL 7032) shade powder coating paint, weather, dust and vermin proof suitable for humidity upto 95% and having four Nos iron legs made of 50x50x6mm thick, 60cm long angle iron below frame with front door and side/ back opening having locking arrangement prewired with copper conductor PVC insulated wire size 2.5sqmm/ extension strips and connected with suitable size thimbles & lugs. (xv) The acoustic enclosure parts shall be of powder coated after pre treatment process. The powder coating shade should be Gen set green. (E) Testing: The DG set shall be tested for a period Not less than 12 hours continuously out of which at least 1/2Hr on No Load and 02 hrs on 25% load, 02 hours each on 50% and 2.5 hrs on 75 % of rated full load, 4 hours on rated full load and 01 hours on 10% in exceess of rated full load. Necessary load shall be given on connected load. If the required full load for testing purpose is not available at the site, artificial load has to be arranged by the contractor for the testing. Contractor shall arrange DHPP for testing of DG set . Unit rate quoted shall deemed to include cost of the same.

Notes for Outsourcing Services Items: (i) The lift shall be operated daily in two shifts as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (ii) The timings for two shifts of 8 hours each daily i.e. First shift shall be from 0600 hours to 1400 Hours and Second Shift shall be from 1400 Hours to 2200 Hours. (iii) In case of non-function of passenger lift, the Goods Lift installed in the same building shall be operated as directed. (iv) The work shall be supervised by adequately qualified supervisor with relevant experience of minimum 5 years items under BoQ shall be deemed to be including the same. (v) The unit rate is deemed to include for maintaining log books, record of repair/replacement of perished/unserviceable, minor adjustments, minor repairs of all accessories, cleaning/up keeping of lift and surrounding area as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (vi) One emergency light and necessary tools shall be available in a tool box with the operator in the shift for smooth functioning of lifts. (vii) Conveyance and communication system like mobile phone etc. shall be provided by the Bidders/Service providers to all Lift Attendants/Supervisors. (viii) The Bidders shall ensure house keeping, environmental cleanliness of area all round the lift and the area shall be kept absolutely neat and clean. The lift attendant shall clean the Lift car cabin, all landing floors and tiles all round lift doors with necessary cleaning material such as cotton cloth and cleaning solution etc.

(ix) The Bidders shall abide by the latest Labour rules and minimum wages Act. Wages paid by the bidders to the persons employed shall not be less than the minimum wages fixed by the state/central government from time to time whichever is higher. The Bidders shall also insure the workmen employed on the job. (x) The Bidders is responsible for insurance, EPF, ESI, Bonus, Labour welfare cess et., as applicable and shall be paid to the workmen as per existing Labour rules/ Acts/ regulations and rate quoted shall be deemed to be included for the same. (xi) Dress Code: The bidders shall provide the workmen with Dark Blue Colour uniform {formal pant & T-shirt} with labels showing/ printed i.e. “Name of the firm and designation” on front and on the back of the T-shirt along with protective clothing/gear. The bidders shall also provide shoes to the workers and the persons shall not be allowed to enter the work site without wearing shoes. (xii) INSURANCE: The Bidders shall be responsible for all Accidents/ Injuries happening to the workmen. Any accident causing minor/ fatal injury, partial disability due to any untoward incident or non-adherence to safety and IE regulations or fault in maintaining of internal electric supply system or on account of any mishandling/ wrong operation/ lack of knowledge of safety precautions or on

account of any circumstances beyond his/ their control, the bidders shall be solely responsible for settling all claims of compensation to the deceased, falling which department will have a right to recover any sum indicated/ claimed by Labour commissioner/court authorities. No claim whatsoever will be entertained in this regard. No compensation is payable by the department on this account. Bidders shall provide first aid boxes to meet any emergency situations. (xiii) The rate quoted by the bidders shall be deemed to be including Basic rate (Minimum Wages as notified by Government of India/ State Government/ Local body, whichever is higher), employers contribution towards Employees Provident Fund (EPF) liability, contribution towards Employees State Insurance Corporation (ESIC), contribution towards Bonus. Overhead and profit and labour welfare cess (LWC) as applicable depending upon the manpower requirement. This will create onus on the Bidders to applicable depending upon the man power requirement. This will create onus on the bidders to ascertain the relevant rates and quote accordingly. The rates quoted shall be inclusive of all taxes, cess, levies are applicable including GST. Note: The Manpower deployed shall be changed for every 11 months period. The rate quoted deemed to be inclusive for the same.

Notes for Comprehensive Maintenance Items: (i) Comprehensive maintenance consists of preventive and breakdown services including replacement of material and labour for major/minor spare parts and consumables like topping of Oils /grease/door rollers/ relays/ door belts/ gate lock contacts and hardware like bolts and nuts including load testing of lift for satisfactory performance once in a year complete and rate quoted by the tenderer includes for the above Lifts. (ii) Preventive maintenance consists of carrying out routine check by skilled personnel as specified in Particular specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and lubricating to all moving parts, topping parts, topping up of oils as per Lubrication Chart including Material and labour for all consumable and major/minor spare parts. (iii) Breakdown maintenance consists of attending to the faults that may occur and carrying out necessary repairs to electrical, control circuits and mechanical components including materials & labour for all minor & major spare parts and consumables of the lift that may occur during the operation. (iv) Fortnightly, quarterly maintenance registers shall be maintained and signed by the site engineer and contractor.
