Supply and fixing factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top and bottom rails. MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC 'C' channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail and bottom rail on either side and gap insert for top rail and bottom rail; panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and jointed together with solvent cement, supplying and fixing in the frame at site all as per instruction and drawing shown for item No 8080 of SSR Part II on Sl Page No 156. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing extruded aluminium anodised 100mm long butt hinges with galvanised mild steel screws complete all as specified and as directed .

Material and Labour for joint free glazed ceramic coloured tiles of approved quality in vertical surfaces 450mmx300 mm x7mm/ 600mm x 300 x 7mm thick set jointed in neat cement slurry/paste and pointed in coloured cement to match with the tiles over and including 10mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Non skid floor tiles, colored, of size 600x600x7mm thick or of size as approved as in floors set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement with pigments to match over and including the provision of 15 mm thick bedding layer in cm 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Description all as per Ser item No 42 above but on vertical surfaces as in skirtings etc on 10mm thick back coat in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.
