Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position including cutting reinforcement as required to facilitate complete all as specified and directed.

Pre cast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in manhole cover slabs including use and waste of necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

TMT Bar 8mm dia bar and over cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, hooking ends, binding, with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than steel wire 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone masonary built in cement mortar including all quions, arches , pillars etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks , straight or curved on plan exc. 6 mtr mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 15mm thick cement plaster with cement mortar(1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (Using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out etc in any type of soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (Salt glazed ware, AC or Reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar of 150 mm diameter incl bends, complete all as specified and directed.

RCC class NP3 150mm dia drain pipes laid in trenches and jointed with & including coller complete all as specified and directed.

Concrete bed to drain pipes 1:3:6 type C-2 (Using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) including packing under and haunching against the side of pipes after they are laid and tested for 150mm internal dia of pipe, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25cm, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n.exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cementt concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 smooth finished, and reforming benching as required, internal dia of pipe in 150mm, complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of sewage line 150mm/200mm internal dia at any depth including manholes by removing the manhole covers of any size and cleaning by means of hydraulic jet pressure / vaccum suction machine as required at site from and well flushing with water after cleaning including getting out sludge if any and liquid materials from connecting manholes deposited in sewer lines removing the solids and sludge to any distance/place outside the defence land and reinstating the manhole cover to its original position (cost of removal of sludge/liquid materials from sewage lines and manholes in the same line is included in the rate quoted and for keeping particular sewage line which is undertaken once for cleaning, functional for full contract period) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out/pumping contaminated sewage water from septic tank/soakage well incl inlet/outlet chamber after plugging in the incoming sewage line by suction(vaccum) type machine mounted on LMV/HMV and facility of high pressure vaccume and removing and dumping off the same in tank to a place out side contonment at the place marked for the purpose by local municipality or the authority controling the area as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note :- contractors are advised to ascertain the place suitable/earmarked for disposal of sludge/sewage water from local municipality or area controling authority before quoting their rates. Disposal of waste at suitable place shall be sole responsibility of contractors and no representation or objection in this regard will be entertained at any later stage.

Labour for cleaning of spot blockage of WC seat, manholes, gully traps, floor traps, vertical soils/waste pipe of different dia and sewage line in the area of Akhnoor Mil Stn, complete all as specified and directed. Note- The labour deployed will report daily 08:45hrs at complaint cell and attend complaints till 16:45 hrs given by Engr-in-Charge. Complaints needs to be cleared within 24hrs after receiving. The contractors will supply all T&P (Mechanical iron rods, knot pipes, bamboo etc) scaffolding ladders any other materials required to clear the blockage at the site without any extra cost. Labour for cleaning of sludge from sewage lines (any dia) to manhole is included in quoted rates. The recovery will be made from the contractors dues @100 Rs. per complaint which are not cleared within 24hrs from the time of receipt of complaints. Decision of Engr-in-Charge is final in this respect. Mode of Payment : (i) The payments will be made through AADHAAR linked bank account of the employees by the contractor. Where the employee insists on being paid in coins or currency notes or by cheque, the same will not be denied. An undertaking may be obtained from such employees. However, efforts shall be made to educate the employees on benefits of bank/ digital payments and pursue with the individual(s) to shift towards banking system/digital modes. (ii) The GE/ Engineer-in-Charge being the Principal Employer will have the absolute right to check during site visit that the contractor is complying with the labour laws and rules and should there be any shortcomings, action is taken to rectify the same. GE in the capacity of Principal Employer will have also the right to check payment of minimum fair wages to labourers engaged by contractors by verifying the same from Muster Rolls. No Payment on account of advances on account of work done in terms of Condition 64 of IAFW-2249, General Condition of Contracts shall be admissible unless proof of payment of wages through AADHAAR linked bank account is submitted by the Contractors / Firms. (iii) The Contractor shall be primarily liable for all payments to be made under, and for observance of the Regulations aforesaid without prejudice to his right to claim indemnity from his sub-contractors. The GE/Engineer-in-charge concerned shall have the right to deduct from the payment due to the Contractor, any sum required or estimated to be required for making good the loss suffered by a worker or workers by reason of non-fulfillment of the Conditions of the Contract for the benefit of the workers, non-payment of wages or deduction made from his or their wages, which are not justified by the terms of the contract or non-observance of the Regulations. (iv) The contractor shall be liable for proper maintenance of registers, records, display of notices and ensure enforcement of MES contractors Labour Regulations forming part of the contract and for production of the same during the visit of Labour Welfare Officer/Regional Labour Commissioner. (v) The contractor under information to the GE/Engineer-in-Charge shall take prompt action in rectifying irregularities notified by the Inspecting Officer. In Case of Non-Payment or short payment of fair wages to the workers by the contractor, GE/Engineer-in-Charge shall have the right with prompt action by recovering the amount notified by labour officer and paying the same to workers. Amount of unpaid wages withheld from Contractor's bills should be paid to the labourers concerned within 60 days from receipt, of report from the labour Welfare Officer/ Regional Labour Commissioner. (k) EPF and MP Act 1952 shall be strictly complied with : (i) For the purpose of implementation of the EPF and MP Act 1952, the contractor will ensure that the contractor is registered with FPFO and after award of Contract, the contractor details are entered in the EPFO portal. (ii) Payments due to the contractor shall be made only after verifying that the statutory PF payments have been made to EPFO. This shall be verified by the Govt. either directly from the EPFO portal or insisting on a payment receipt obtained by the contractor from the EPFO portal while making payment.

Removing of manholes cover, keeping aside and cleaning silt/sewage/garbage etc from manholes. clearing blockage by rodding manually or mechanically complete to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for construction of Septic tanks including excavation in any type soil, foundation in PCC 1:2:4, brick work in CM 1:4, RCC Slab in M-25 Design mix including RCC precast manhole cover with angle iron frame Vent shaft and sludge chambers etc., complete for 25 users, complete all as specified and shown on drg No CE/TD/1202/03 Sheet 1/2 & 2/2.

M&L for construction of Septic tanks including excavation in any type soil, foundation in PCC 1:2:4, brick work in CM 1:4, RCC Slab in M-25 Design mix including RCC precast manhole cover with angle iron frame Vent shaft and sludge chambers etc., complete for 50 users, complete all as specified and shown on drg No CE/TD/1202/03 Sheet 1/2 & 2/2.

M&L for construction of Soakage wells including excavation, in ordinary Soil, foundation in PCC 1:3:6, wells of Honey combed and solid in M-25 Concrete, including intercepting chamber, screen chamber Brick work in CM, RCC cover slab in M-25/ RR masonry / filling with brick bats, complete of size 1.2 M dia X 3.0M deep, complete all as specified and shown on drg No CE/TD/1202/03 Sheet 1/2 & 2/2.

Stop valves cast copper alloy screwed down, high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle screwed both ends for iron pipes or for unions and fixed for 15mm bore dia of pipe in repairs, complete all as specified and directed.

PVC (Plastic polymer Cistern) valve less, Symphonic action type, flushing cistern of capacity 10 litres, low level, white with inlet, ball valve, manually operated with one PVC ball valve horizontal plunger type including provision of 32mm PVC flush pipe of required length and making connections fixed in repairs, complete all as specified and directed.

Vitreous china wash down water closet pan (pedestal pattern), white, including fixing bolt, plastic water closet seat, white, closed pattern with flat bottom, cover and mild steel chromium plated or aluminium hinging device fixed in repairs, complete all as specified and directed.

Vitreous china squatting pan "Orissa Pattern" size 580 x 440 mm in any coloured with integral foot rest incl lime motor, 'S' trap and complete all as specified, fixed in repairs, complete all as specified and directed.
