Providing and laying in position plain cement concrete PCC 1:3:6 (1 cement, 3 pulverised stone sand and 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size), including cost of cement (OPC Gr-43, IS 8112:1989), pulverised stone sand & stone aggregates from local quarry, mixing of concrete, conveying and placing the same, consolidation and curing, cost of all other materials, hire charges of mixer machine, transportation charges of all materials to work site, all labour charges, cost of minor tools etc., complete. All work up to plinth level. The rate is inclusive of all consumable items and GST.

Providing and laying RCC 1:1.5:3 (1 Cement, 1.5 pulverised stone sand and 3 Stone chips 20mm nominal size) works as directed by the EIC, including cost of cement (OPC Gr-43, IS 8112:1989), pulverised stone sand and local stone chips, mixing of concrete, conveying and placing the same, consolidation and curing, cost of all other materials, hire charges of mixer machine, vibrator, transportation charges of all materials to work site, all labour charges, cost of minor tools etc complete. The rate is inclusive of all consumable items and GST.

Providing and fixing Tor steel reinforcement for RCC work,excluding cost of steel which will be supplied on free of cost at ALHW Store,including bending,binding, and placing in position cost of binding wire, cost of transportation charges of all materials to work site, all labour charges, cost of minor tools etc Complete. The rate is inclusive of all consumable items and GST.

Providing form work including centering and shutter so as to give a rough finish, shuttering and propping etc (Height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4m) removal of the same in reinforcement cement concrete and plain concrete work using standard hard wood including cost of timber, all labour charges,transporttion chargs of materials to worksite, nail, cost of minor tools etc complete. The rate is inclusive of all consumable items and GST.
