SPECIAL REPAIRS TO BLDG NO T-39 OF XXXXX AT JAT HILL AT CHAKABAMA MILITARY STATION UNDER AGE (I) ZAKHAMA

Demolition of brick or stone masonry work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks (locally available best quality) straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth and wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but excluding backing), removing rubbish off the premises complete all as directed.

M & L for coloured non skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.11 sqm but n.exc 0.18 sqm, laid in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tile over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for glazed light coloured/printed ceramic tiles 350x250x7mm/450x350x7mm thick in vertical surfaces such as skirting dado etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry pointed in white or coloured cement to match colour of tiles, over and including 10 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge or any thickness as in roof covering, wall cladding etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Pre- painted hot dip aluminium Zinc alloy metalic coated trapezoidal profile steel sheet 0.50mm thick ( Total coated thickness), any pattern corresponding to IS 15965 : 2012 of durability class 3, atmospheric classification category 3, coating class AZ 150 of an approved colour having yield strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/wall cladding, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

M &L pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of colour as approved by AGE(I) having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in ridges,valley complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 0.63 mm thick plain, galvanised, mild steel sheeting, in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip, wall cladding and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for weather boarding, 2nd class hard wood clean sawn, plain, 20 mm thick feather edged 15 mm to 20 mm thick and fixed with 30 mm laps and repairs to replace old or decayed boarding includind taking out old one complete all as specified and as directed.
