Packing, forwarding, transportation of above spares and consumables from service centre to the site including loading and unloading at both the ends complete as required.

Dismantling the radiator from the engine after disconnecting all inlet and outlet connections, dismantling of top and bottom tank, acid cleaning, leak testing, welding at bottom portion if required, re-fixing in the existing position etc. complete as required.

Machining, cutting, polishing and carry out lathe works for the cylinder heads including transportation from site to workshop (to and fro) etc. complete as required.

Servicing, repairing & calibration of the fuel injection pump, injectors & nozzles i/c dismantle, decarbonising, replacement of minor worn out spare like gasket, "o" rings etc. complete as required.

Repairing and reconditioning of Turbo charger etc. as required.

Top overhauling and repairing of 200 KVA Greaves make diesel engine model TBD3V6MK-I including dismantling the cylinder heads, pistons, piston rings, liners, CR bearings, filters, filter elements, FIP, self starter, Dynamo etc., draining out the old deteriorated lube oil, fixing of existing / new /reconditioned spares, reassembling, filling of lube oil, coolant, testing, commissioning, trial run on load etc. complete as required

DG control Panel board checking, servicing and replacement / re-fixing the damaged wires, minimum rectification of DG line, connection, checking, testing and making the Engine protection system functional and creating start stop logic etc. as required.

Repairing of Self Starter and Dynamo and testing etc. as required.

Complete dismantling the Alternator after removing the coupling from engine, shifting from base frame and lifting from canopy, loadings/unloading at site/work shop and vice versa, transportation (to and fro), re-installation, alignment etc. complete as required.

Being charges for dismantling of the alternator at workshop by completely removing the couplings, rotor, excitation unit, cleaning for sludge and other foreign particles, insulation testing for rotor and stator etc. complete as required. (Heat varnishing is not included in the scope of work and will be paid extra if required.)

Checking and cleaning of Engine Diesel tank after drainage of Diesel, fixing leakage of fuel tank by welding bottom area after dismantling the same from canopy, welding the rusted portion of joint area (if required), leak testing fixing back in the existing position including termination of fuel line etc. complete as required.

Transportation of the dismantled components/ parts of the DG set from site to workshop for repairing and back i/c loading, unloading etc. as required.

Supply and fixing of 180 AH 12 volts lead acid storage battery including filling of electrolyte, initial charging etc complete as required. (Make -Exide , Model: XP1800 or similar superior make)

Supply and fixing of 95sqmm PVC insulated heavy duty Battery cables with bright annealed copper conductor bunched together insulated with dielectric PVC compound impervious to oils, greases, acids, petrol and water as per IS 2465 of suitable length along with brass battery terminal clamps for interconnection between starting battery and self starter (comprising of 2nos per set)

Providing & Fixing of 24 volt, 20 Amps SMPS type battery charger with provision for trickle & boost charging, under voltage & over voltage protection etc. complete as required. (Make NHP or Similar superior make)

Replacement of the worn out components of the Self starter and Dynamo i.e. carbon brushes, fuse, bushes, contacts, connectors etc. by new ones of approved make etc. as required.

Arranging and filling of Diesel including loading, unloading and transportation from nearest fuel pump to site for trial run and testing on load of the DG set etc. complete as required.
