SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT (75 KLD CAPACITY) Design, supplying, fabrication, installing, testing & commissioning of Pre fabricated package type Sewage Treatment Plant of capacity 75 KLD. The sewage treatement shall be based on MBR technology. The nature of effluent from domestic sewage from toilets and kitchen shall be discharge seperately into the STP. The cost will also include MS puddle flange, Inlet, Outlet, overflow, test line, drain line, by-pass line, vent, foot rest, inspection platform with railing, moving ladder and making support for pipes. Complete Sewage Treatment Plant of capacity 75 KLD to be provided as per the details given in Schedule 'A" Part-I from page No 38 to 42 of CA.

Designing, Supplying, Developing, Installing and Commission SCADA System for 75 KLD Sewage Treatment Plant along with various Automation equipment for STP as indicated and as per details attached. The STP SCADA system shall comprise Complete Sewage Treatment Plant of capacity 75 KLD to be provided as per the details given in Schedule 'A" Part-I from page No 43 of CA.

Supply, Installation , Testing and commissioning of CPRI APPROVED extendable, compartmentalised, front operated , back openable, LT cubicle STP panel having ingress protection of IP 54, suitable for operation on 415 Volt 3 phase 50 c/s power supply fabricated out of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet steel and base channel of MS section not less than 100mmX50mmX5mm, gland plate of 3 mm thick cleaned and treated in 7 tank process and powder coated with approved shade with TPN Electrolytic Aluminium busbar of 200 Amps duly insulated in colour coding & suitable to withstand 25 MVA fault lavel complete with supplying & installation of following equipment including interconnection, control wiring etc as required. All MCCBs shall have microprocessor based release & shall have manually operated handle.It includes all wiring , cabling of required sizes from STP panel board to each electrical parts with on site control panel for individual motors . Material and Labour for Disconnecting , dismantling & cutting the existing damaged water supply pipe line bursting/cracks , including excavation in hard / dense soil by using mechanical earth excavater & manual labour , taking out old dameged CI /GI/MS defective or misaligned water supply pipe line of any size carefully after disconnection of joints to a length up to 8 metres and create bund with excavated earth and dewatering / bailing out water from the trenches complete with pumping set and including repair the water supply pipe line by replacing the pipe line up to 8metres of length & inserting necessary CI / GI/MS specials , spares and jointing the pipe line with necessary lead joints and positioning the pipe line after repairs complete t& including necessary returning filling & removal of surplus spoil a to distance as directed, and make the water supply line functional to the entire satisfaction of JE & AGE ; complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- (a) The rates quoted for this deemed to included for tool and plant and transportation required for attending the repair work. (b) The breakdown shall be attended within 4 Hrs of intimation round the clock and time of restoration shall be maximum of 8 Hours. Material and Labour for disconnecting water supply lines, excavation in hard / dense soil by using mechanical earth excavater & mannual labour , taking out old dameged by cutting existing GI/CI of any size/type of water supply pipe line & including making new connection for PPR pipe including short pieces , inserting tees, bends, sockets, union etc with existing water line & including necessary returning filling & removal of surplus spoil a to distance as directed, and make the water supply line functional to the entire satisfaction of JE & AGE ; complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, Install, testing and commissioning of Diesel Engine Driven Generating Set of 30KVA/24KW capacity with alternator out put Voltage 415 Volts +/- 1% at set value of 415Volts at a frequency 50HZ +/- 0.5% with suitable standard control panel, all mounted in acoustic enclosure and Control panel including AMF Panel as per manufacturers design and specification as per approved CPCB-IV Plus norms confirming to the detailed specifications appended below :- (i) ENGINE (a) General: Suitable four stroke compressed ignition, radiator water cooled,Turbocharged aspiration, continuous duty with 10% overload capacity for any one hour in 12 hours running, 50°C intake air temperature, CPCB-IV Plus Euro emission engine developing 268 BHP at 1500 RPM coupled to alternator mounted on Channel Iron base frame with in built fuel tank of minimum capacity suitable for 12 Hrs continous running. The prime mover provided should be as per IS specifications. (b) Air intake system : Should comprise of dry type intake air filter mounted on engine, one in number vacuum indicator mounted on intake piping. A reservoir of 50% of radiator capacity to replenish coolant by gravity (as and when required) is also to be provided. (f) Lubricating System: Should comprise of lubricating oil sump mounted on engine, gear driven lub oil pump mounted on engine, lubricating oil cooler-fresh water cooled integral with engine cool out circuit mounted on engine, oil filter lubricating with cap and lubricating oil dip stick for oil level check mounted on engine. Item no. 47(contd...) (n) Acoustic enclosure: Specially designed to meet CPCB norms 75dBA @ 1 mtr at 75% load under free field conditions. The Acoustic enclosure is made of CRCA sheets and a structural/sheet metal base with high quality noise absorbent and fire-retardant grade acoustic insulation material (P.U.Foam) complying to IS 8183 with two point lifting handles (o) Internal Lighting: Tube lights with protective mesh around it to be fitted inside the container for proper illumination (p) Doors : The enclosure will be provided with suitable doors on the side and rear to enter the enclosure during operation and maintenance. All doors will be provided with lock and handles for opening/ closing the doors, retainers for holding the panel door (q) Painting Scheme ISS shade 220 olive green 1994 or all as per manufacturers specifications (r) Lifting/ Transportation arrangements :- Container with suitable corners will be provided to lift the DG set along with container. The cost of foundation bed incl earth work etc is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (ii) Connecting existing cables, from existing panels and connecting cables , cables glands, cable lugs to new panel complete with all necessary accessories. (iii) Install on the foundation, connecting fuel lines, cable etc. (iv) Test and commissioning complete (v) The cost of control cables from engine Control panel to AMF panel shall be deemed to be included in the cost quoted. (j) BASE FRAME: Shall be stand by and fabricated with CRCA sheet metal which shall be suitable to mount the engine, alternator and radiator, channel width of base frame shall be adequate to accommodate anti-vibration pads.

Material and labour for cutting into existing CI/GI water supply pipeline of any size and making connection with PPR pipe, including provision of short pieces, insertion of tees, bends, sockets, unions and all necessary fittings, complete with proper jointing to the existing water line, all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for earthing with steel earth plate electrode of size 60cmx60xcmx6mm thick buried directly in ground to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr deep below normal ground level connected to galvanized iron strip of size 32x6mm as earthing lead by means of nuts, bolts and washers of steel after welding of Gl strip to earth electrode to the full length of earth plate, Gl medium grade pipe 40 mm bore protection pipe upto test point, 20 mm dia GI light grade watering pipe with funnel and wire mesh, RCC pit cover of size 300x300x40mm reinforced with XPM having weight not less than 4Kg/sqmm including 6mm thick MS bar handle made to shape, PCC pit with 1:3:6 type C1 with angle iron frame made of angle iron of size 40x40x4mm, adequate qty of charcoal dust and salt layers all around the earth plate, excavation, earth work in any type of soil, removal of excavated soil and returning filling in all as required at site complete all as specified in plate No 3 of SSR Part-l and all as specified or indicated including testing on completion. Note :- Rates inclusive of necessary excavation in any type of soil, earth work, PCC pit, RAC cover, funnel with watering pipe, Gl earth strip upto 7.5 m long for connection to test point etc. all as required at site for complete earthing.

Manning & Operation of the STP & SCADA (of capacity 75 KLD, 50KLD & 25 KLD as per srl item No 1 to 9 of this BOQ) for 11 months { PHASE - II refer Sch "A" note no.2.1(b) } , after completion of STP & SCADA :- Operating and keeping thecapacity in running / operational condition by deploying FGM / technical staff to produce the treated effluent of specified quality including Sundays and holidays including all connected electrical & sewage pumps items such as main switch, starter, change over switch, MCCB, voltmeter, ammeter, panel board etc, Sewage water pump, valve system, controlling syatem, daily checking, leakage, checking noise, cleaning of plant and its surrounding area etc for a period of 05 years on yearwise basis including all holidays all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- (i) Contractor shall deploy one skilled operator (FGM) and one helper per shift in three shift/ day for operation of each STP for period of 05 (Five) years after completion of Phase-I. (ii) The comtractor shall employ FGMs having minimum qualification of ITI from recognised institute having sufficient knowledge and experience of minimum 02 years in maintenance / operation of similar work. The operators must be competent to carry out the repairs / maintenance of plant as required . (iii) The operators shall maintain the desired quality treated water including tracing out and rectification of minor leakages in pipe line / valves during the period. (iv) The operators shall operate elctrical equipement , pumps and maintain the STP in workable condition by checking daily leakages noise, cleaning the plant and its surrounding areas of plant as directed. (v) The contractor shall maintain all registers under various rules, and shall be produced to the Engineer-in-Charge as well as officers detailed by central labour department. (vi) The unit rate quoted shall be deemed to be included for cost of labour for daily for daily routine maintenance for trouble free functioning of installation. (vii) The quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive all consumables required for operation of STP. (viii) The payment to the staff employed shall be made within first week of every month through online mode in employees respective Bank Account. No payment to contractors / firms will be made unless proof of payment of wages / EPF / ESI etc through bank account is submitted by the contractor to all employees. Contractor shall produce details of payment made to the employees along with supporting documents for the verification of Engineer-in-Charge for processing the monthly / finall bills. In case of revision in pay slab by Government during the currency of contract, same shall be paid to the employee by the contractor and accordingly rates shall be quoted. Note:- (i) The contracor should follow the terms & conditions of E-in-C's br policy no 10/2023 issued vide letter No A/95533/SCADA Sewage/Pol/E2W (PPC) dt 21 Jul 2023 .(ii) At Kandrori distance between STP-1 & STP-2 approx 2 KM & Mirthal distance between STP-1 & STP-2 approx 0.7 KM. (iii) Approx distance between Mithal and Kandrori Army station is 13 KM. (iv) Necessary spare & manpower will be provides by Contractor.(v) Desired water quality as per standard norms comply with E-in-C's branch direction to be achieved.

The scope of comprehensive maintenance includes maintenance of complete infrastructure under this work and replacing all defective components and restoring any defect / deformity / wear and tear and comprehensive maintenance of all STP components under this job, (Sl item No. 1.00 to 9.00) including all pumps and DG Sets in the scope of entire tender for further period of three years after completion defect liability period. The scope shall also include comprehensive maintenance of all electrical & Sewage Pumps items such as main switch, starter, change over switch, MCCB, voltmeter, anmeter, panel board etc, Sewage water pump, valve system, controlling syatem, daily checking, leakage, checking noise, cleaning of plant and its surrounding area etc, as per manufacturers instructions and as specified and directede by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- (a) Comprehensive maintenance includes replacement of all defective/ worn out / damaged parts including MBR membrane with new parts and nothing extra shall be paid on this account except the payment specified in this item. (b) The contractor shall be responsible for periodic maintenance as per maintenance schedule and specified including renewal/ replacement of parts, lubricants, fittings / fixtures filling of bacteria etc required for smooth functioning of the plant as per manufacturers instructions. (c) The rate quoted shall be deemed to be inclusive of safety gear & required tools for maintenance. (d) The quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of tool & testing instruments required for operation & maintenance of STP plant. (e) The sludge cakes procured after treatment shall become contractors property and shall be removed from premises of STP as early as possible. The rate shall be quoted accordingly.
