Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed medium class PVC conduit, with piano type switch, phenolic laminated sheet, suitable size M.S. box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm. FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing metal box of 180mm X 100mm X 60mm deep(nominal size) on surface or in recess with suitable size of phenolic laminated sheet cover in front including providing and fixing 6 pin 5/6 & 15/16 amps socket outlet and 15/16 amps piano type switch, connection, painting etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing metal box of 150mm X 75nnm X 60mm deep (nominal size) on surface or in recess with suitable size of phenolic laminated sheet cover in front including providing and fixing 3 pin 5/6 A socket outlet and 5/6 A piano type switch, connections, painting etc. as required.

Wiring for circuit/ sub main wiring along with earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit as required. 2X2.5 sq.mm + 1X2.5 Sq.mm earth wire

Supplying and fixing 3 pin, 5 amp ceiling rose on the existing junction box/ wooden block including connection etc. as required

Supplying and fixing brass batten/ angle holder including connection etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing stepped type electronic fan regulator on the existing modular plate switch box including connections but excluding modular plate etc. as required.

Wiring for circuit/ sub main wiring along with earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit as required. 2X4 sq.mm + 1X4 Sq.mm earth wire

Supplying and fixing of DP sheet steel enclosure on surface/ recess along with 32 amps, 240Volts “C” curve DP MCB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Providing and fixing following capacity TP&N disconnector fuse switch unit inside the existing panel board with ISI marked HRC fuses including drilling holes in cubicle panel, making connections, etc. as required. 32Amp.

Supplying and drawing following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in the existing surface/ recessed steel/ PVC conduit as required. 2 x 4 sq. mm

Supplying and fixing following piano type switch/ socket on the existing switch box/ cover including connections etc. as required. 5/6 amps switch

Supplying and fixing following piano type switch/ socket on the existing switch box/ cover including connections etc. as required. 3 pin 5/6 amp socket outlet.

Providing of 400mm bracket mounted wall fan.

Providing of 300mm 1350RPM fresh air exhaust fan.

CPOH @ 15% on item no. 14 & 15.

Supplying and fixing 20 A, 240 V, SPN Industrial type socket outlet, with 2 pole and earth, metal enclosed plug top along with 20 A "C" curve, SP, MCB, in sheet steel enclosure, on surface or in recess, with chained metal cover for the socket out let and complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Earthing with copper earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 3 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 meter long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Erection of metallic pole of following length in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) foundation including excavation and refilling etc. as required. Above 08.0 meter and up to 11.0 meter

Supplying and erection of stay set complete (galvanized) with 19/20 mm dia. X 1.8 meters long stay rod, anchor plate of size 45 cm V 45 cm X 7.5 mm, thimble, stay clamps, bow lightener, 7/3.15 mm dia. G.I. stay wire and strain insulator etc. in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) foundation including excavation and refilling etc. as required.

Erection of ACSR conductor of 7/3.35 mm to 7/4.00 diameter and above including binding etc. as required. (40X2=80 X 5 = 400 M X 0.214 Kg/Km = 85.60 Kg. + 5% Cartage = 89.88 Kg, approx. 89.00 kg)

Supplying of channel iron 75 mm X 40 mm X 6 mm (7.14 kg per meter) cross arm for 2/4 wire overhead line complete with clamps, bolts, nuts and washer etc. including drilling of holes for insulator pins etc. (as per drawing) and painting with primer and finished paint as required.

Erection of angle iron/ channel iron cross arm on wood/ RCC/ PCC/ steel tubular/ rail pole etc. as required.

Supplying and erection of 75 mm X 90 mm shackle insulator with G.I. bolts, nuts and straps etc. as required.

Supplying and erection of 100 mm X 65 mm pin insulator complete with G.I. spindle and nuts and etc. as required.

Supply of 6 SWG G.I. wire. (40 mt. x 2 span = 80 mt. x 3 = 240 mt. X @0.147 Kg/ m +5% Wastage = 37.04 Kg.

Erection of cradle guard as required.

Dismantling of pole/ street light standard/ strut embedded in cement concrete foundation etc. as required

Dismantling of overhead lines comprising of copper/ aluminum overhead conductor, G.I. wire, cross arms, insulators etc. as required.
