12.80 Providing and fixing colour coated galvalume sheet of 550MPA yield of AZ 150 strength formed as per patterned steel rib profile with the depth of 31mm pitch of 250mm and overall width of 1060mm and thickness 0.5mm with required J or C hook bolts and nuts 8mm dia G.S. paint and working etc. complete excluding the cost of purlin, rafter and truss etc.

10.25.2 Steel work welded in built up sections/framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required-In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works.

4.1.3 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering –All work upto plinth level 1:2:4 (1 Cement :2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm Nominal size).

11.40.2 Providing and laying rectified ceramic rustic/matt finish floor tiles of size 600 x 600mm or more (thickness to b specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality conforming to IS:15622 of apprpoved make (Somany/Nitco) in all colours shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortor 1:4 (1 Cement:4 coarse sand) including pointing the joints wth white cement and matching pigments etc. complete.
