Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below/above ground level) including floor finishes complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of Brickwork of stone/boulder masonry, build in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlars facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster work any description from brick or stone wall/ ceiling etc. including raking out of joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base/ foundation etc complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in levelling course finished even and fair for laying floor finishes etc complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.complete

M&L for Kota stone slab 20-25mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over cement screed and jointed with ditto as per above & including 10 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for laying and levelling of graded coarse aggregate nominal size 20 mm on ground near transformers complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick as in plinth protection plain cement concrete type B- 1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) complete all as specified and diretced

M&L for 150 mm thick plain cement concrete type B- 1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) complete all as specified and diretced

M&L for Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out soft & loose soil complete all as specified and diretced

Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and diretced

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm

M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry type C1 1:3:6 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in mortar 1:6, complete

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:4 on concrete surfaces of brick work including finish even and smooth surfaces without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces or other than fair faces of brick work , concrete or stone masonry surfaces in CM 1:4 with using water proofing compund and finished even and smooth using extra cement all as specified . Note :- water proofing compund shall be measured & paid seperately .

Supply one liquid water proofing compund all as specified .

M&L for preparation of new plastered unplastered surfaces of walls and applying three coat of white wash on ceilings of substation bluidings/plant room upto ceiling upto 6.00 m ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of exterior grade acylic emulsion 1st quality over a coat of alkali resistant primer in camouflage pattern and schme as par user requirement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

S&F in repairs retro reflective Tape made of high intensity reflective grade sheeting over exisiting sheet including Ist quality adhiesive etc.as in bouder, letter letters, arrow, sign , all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of old broken runway sign board carefully from frame/legs including taking out screws etc leaving the existing frame in position for refixing after repair and removing the same away from aircraft maneuvering area not exceeding 3.50 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 4mm thick plain,unbreakable aluminium galvanised ACP sheet for runway sign board having high optical clarity, 100% UV protected face plate, having high impact strength UV resistance must meet 1000 hrs UV weathering test as per ASTM G53. The sheet to withstand high velocity winds, resist temperature varying from extreme cold enviroment to sweltering hot conditions having temperature resistant upto 50 degree celcius to be fixed using cadmium plated screws on fibre frame jointed with aluminium cleat with high grade adhesive/staples on corners including superior quality radium coloured film high grade not affected from water & heat as a text matter( text matter shall be electronically cut) smoothly pasted on acrylic sheet with high grade adhesive including fixing sign boards in the existing pipe all as specified and directed.

S&F frame work for sign boards using PVC fibre reinforced pipe of size 40x40x3mm constructing using aluminium angle cleat of size 40x40x5mm to reinforce the frame complete all as specified and directed.

S&F aluminium angle 25x25x1.5mm for bedding the frame at outer side complete including necessary screws complele all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as sub base and foundation of concrete complete all as specified and directed

M&L for writing letters or figures (Block, Roman, Italic or Indian) n.exc 30cm high per 10 Nos (per CM Height) including painting of base with white and black colour complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge
