Design/ fabrication/ installation of shed 30ft x 14 ft x 15 ft for keeping store inventory with allied works. The job involves excavation of earth (30 ft x14 ft x1 ft =11.89m3) approx. for levelling of shed space including disposal up to lead of 50m. Excavation of earth for laying of plinth of size (30 ft x 2 ft x 2 ft x 2No. sides + 14ft x2 ft x2 ft x 2No. sides =9.96m3)approx. including disposal upto lead of 50m. Providing/ laying of cement concrete in position in 1:3:6 ratio 9.96m3 approx. Providing/ erection of 20Nos. vertical column at equal space in plinth out of M.S Square section 100mm x 4mm thick x 14 ft long with providing/ welding of square plate of size 1 ft x 1 ft x 6mm thick at their bottom for anchoring in plinth properly. The frame of the shed should be fabricated and welded out of 50 x 50 x6 mm MS angle (80m approx.). Two no centre support of out of M.S angle of 50 x 50 x6mm have to be welded between each side of the shed. Providing/ fabrication of rafter for shed out of 50x50x6mm M.S. Angle (40m approx.) of size (30 ft x14 ft x3 ft). Providing/ fitting of two No. C-section Purlin 100mm x 2.5mm thick, 60feet for strengthening of rafter. Providing and fitting of 65Nos. of colour coated profile sheet of capacity 151N/m2 with aluminium zinc coating of ISI mark (Tata/ Essar/ Bushan/ JSW/ Asian) on the fabricated structure with nut, bolts, hooks, washers etc. The shed must be provided with door of 8ft width and 9ft height for easy removal of machinery equipment. The door should have heavy duty latch for locking arrangement. The shed must be provided with window of 3 ft width x 3 ft height fabricated on side. The job also involves Providing/ laying of cement concrete for flooring in 1:4:8 ratio of size (28 ft x12 ft x1 ft =9.51m3) and plastering of floor 39.01m2 and plinth. The job involves electrification of shed by providing and fitting of 4 no 50watt LED light inside the shed and providing and fitting 1 sq. mm copper cable, switch board, sockets, on/off switches etc for connections and all cables must be properly covered with PVC pipe and should not have any loose connections. The job also involves complete painting of M.S Angles, vertical Square sections, pulins etc. Complete job includes labour charges ,carriage ,civil works, welding charges etc. Note:- The tenderer’s are requested to visit the site and quote the rate as per site conditions. Providing ,fitting and fabrication of aluminium cabin for office of size 08 feetx10feetx08 feet on one of the suitable corner within the shed.The cabin must be provided with door of size 3.5ftx7ft and all electrical fittings including fan ,lightings etc. as required. The job also includes providing of one number office table of suitable size , one number almirah of suitable size, one number executive chair, one no of electric fan and two number office visitor chairs. The job also involves complete painting of M.S Angles, vertical Square sections, pulins etc. Complete job includes labour charges, carriage ,civil works, welding charges etc. Note:- The tenderers are requested to visit the site and quote the rate as per site conditions. Carriage/ Shifting of machinery from stacked position to newly fabricated shed as per Annexure “B” in SBD. The material to be shifted includes pumping machinery, pipes of different dia and lengths, foot valves, sluice valves, reflux valves, control panels, starters, silencers, vehicles- Gypsy and Ambassador car , Draught engines, gates with old winch machines, shafts and other allied material by using hydraulic long boom crane, JCB, tools and tackles with the help of manual labour. Complete job includes material used, labour charges, carriages hire charges of hydraulic long boom crane, JCB and other tools and tackles at MID store Jammu. Complete Job.
