Erection of 13/16 m long steel tubular poles including transportation from store to site, excavation of pole pit as per site conditions and grouting by cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) (0.30 cum each pole).
Erection of stay set complete : Supply of GI stay set, along with all accessories and fixing of stay set with stay insulator including excavation for stay pit and grouting with OB, boulder and cement.
Supply and erection of Guy insulator for providing leakage protection of stay wire.
Supply and erection of 7/14 SWG steel stay wire (@17 m per stay and 17.46 Kg/100 m)
Providing and fixing of Conventional air terminal type of Copper Lightning Arrestor with multiple point air terminal rods. Length of copper rod : 1 m (Minimum). Number of copper spikes : 5. Length of copper spikes : 100 mm. (Minimum)
Earthing with G.I earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonary enclosure with CI/MS cover plate hinged to frame, having locking arrangement and 20 mm dia. G.I watering pipe - 2.7 m long with funnel etc., along with charcoal / coke and salt as required.
Supplying and fixing of 25 mm X 5 mm GI strip, as earthing continuity conductor, including connection / termination with GI nut, bolt, spring washer etc as required. (@ 20 m per earth pit for 12 numbers of air terminal lightning arrestor installations)
Fixing of conventional air terminal type lightning arrestor on 13/16 m steel tubular poles by fabricating suitable bracket / base. Fabrication and fixing of suitable brackets on steel tubular poles for mounting of 11 KV grade ceramic pin insulators (3 nos. on each pole - to be supplied by department) for supporting earth continuity GI strip of 25 mm X 5 mm size. (Supply and fixing of GI nut / bolts as required, gas cutting / welding and fabrication of brackets, fixing of 11 KV grade ceramic pin insulator, will be in the scope of the contractor. Steel material required for the work, except G.I strips, will be supplied by the department)
