B&R Portion:- Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and disposed off the unsv materials to a distance not exceeding 100mtr, complete all as specified.

25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base to flooring/path etc. finished even and fair, complete all as specified.

50mm thick PCC 1:3:6 Type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) laid in alternate bays (not exceeding 2 sqm each) as in plinth protection, finished the surfaces even & fair, filled with mastic filling comprising one part of bitumen 85/25 grade and three parts of sand by weight complete all as specified.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness including Nainital or similar pattern roof covering, all as specified.

Pre- painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically described (reinforement cut as required to facilitate demolition), complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

RCC nominal mix 1:1.5:3, type, A-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate), as in slab supported on walls, columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies and in shelves, complete all as specified.

TMT bars, 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally or hooping for column, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire(annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia complete all as specified.

Non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 - 8 mm thick (square or rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18sqm but not exceeding 0.38sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shed of tiles, over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4), complete all as specified and directed.

Glazed ceramic coloured tiles (450x350mm) x 7mm thick, as in vertical surfaces such as in skirting and dado etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles over and including 10mm thick back coat layer in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

15mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces with mixing of liquid water proofing admixure as per manufacturer's instruction & finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified. Note:-Liquid water proofing admixture shall be measured & paid seperately.

Preparation of new plaster surface of wall including cornices pilaster etc, and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of white wash, complete as specified and directed.

Applying three coats of white wash including preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall complete all as specified.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from metal frames exc 1.5sqm including punching or drilling out old glazing pins/spring clips and providing and fixing new ones, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frame with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) area not exceeding 1.5Sqm each, complete all as specified.
