Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, build in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlars facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Brick work with sub class `B' bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down plastering in cement lime or cement mortor on brick or stone work etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc., complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete un-reinforced in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level), complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2, using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate, as in foundation filling and mass concrete in suken portion of slabs, complete all as specified and asdirected by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block coloured of selected quality, any shape and size with grey cement and pigment conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade over and including 20mm thick sand filling layer including watering and consolidation, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in coping, weathering slighting rounded or chamfered angles and throating, and use of form work (straight or curved), complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for plain cement concrete, 1:2:4, type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate, 25mm thick, as in levelling course of flooring, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
