Removing of old unserviceable Nylon Newar From GI Charpoys and tightening/Re threaded of loose check nuts, elbows, Rails, legs etc i.e. complete charpoy and supplying and fixing the plywood sheet BWP of size 2000mm X 900mm X 12mm thick, 3 Nos 900mm long each M.S Flat 40mm X 4mm to be provided at the different points of the charpoy to support the plywood sheet. 50mm wide strip made out of 6mm plywood sheet as directed shall also be provided to fill the gap due to 3 ways elbow between the plywood sheet and long rail mm dia with nut bolts and washers complete sets shall be provided to fix the plywood sheet and MS flat after making the hole in the GI tubeing at defferent points as directed y the Engineer-in-charge.
Removel of old UNSV long rail, and provision of new long rails made of GI tubing 32mm bore ISI marked(medium grade) and threading the same at both and end fixing in position complete all as specified and directed
Removel of old UNSV short rails and provision of new short rails made of GI tubing 32mm bore ISI marked (medium grade) and threading the same at both and end fixing in position complete all as specified and directed
Removing of old broken elbow 32mm bore three way and provn of new three way GI elbow 32mm bore (ISI marked) suitable for 32mm bore GI pipe and fixing in position complete all as specified and directed
Removing of old check nuts and provn new check nuts(6mm thick) suitable for 32mm bore GI Charpoy and fixing the same in position complete all as specified and directed
Repair to locker steel i.e. welding to lockers where ever required and removing of dents and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint spray painting OG shade inside and outside complete incl preparation of old painted surface complete all as specified and shown on and as directed.
Removing of old u/s hasp and staples (locking device) and S & F new hasp and staples 75 mm long duly welded of best quality as approved by GE complete all as specified and directed.
Removing of old u/s broken legs & S&F new legs made out of sheet PBI sheet 1mm thick complete and painted OG shade, bottom legs are to be closed all as specified shown on drg and as directed.
Removing of old u/s door handles and new chromium pplated steel handle100mm long fixed to steel shutter best quality as approved by GE complete all as specified and directed.
Removing of old u/s hanging rod and sockets and provide new 20mm chromium plated steel conduit pipe with 1.6mm th with socket both ends fitted to centre shutter and side shetter in side as per specification shown on drg and as directed.
Removing of old u/s horizontal shutter and fitted new shutter 1 mm thick steel sheet as shown in drg and as directed.
Removing of old u/s hinges 75mm and provide new hinges 75mm same place welding as shown on drg and as directed.
