Taking down old existing water proofing treatment from the top of RCC/ arch slab, including taking down existing PCC padding or plaster and hacking the top of RCC slab, cleaning with water and disposal of rubbish off the premises complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for nominal mix concretes 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregates) as in padding on roof finished even and fair without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying APP based modified water proofing polymeric membrane reinforced with non woven polyester fabric matt (weight not less than 150 gram/sqm) of minimum 3mm thick, weight not less than 3 Kg/sqm, laid over & including 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on concrete surfaces, finished the surfaces even and smooth including mixing of water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement over a bituminous shalitex primer @ 0.30 Kg/sqm evenly over a coat of hot bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg/sqm. The membrane shall be unrolled and bonded completely to the substrate (with overlap of 100mm on the transverse direction and 75mm on longitudinal direction and sealed by thermos fused torch) and the overlaps sealed / fused by thermos fused torch as per manufacturer instructions. A coat of non reflective bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.150 Kg/ Sqm, complete all as specified and as directed Note :- Water proofing compound shall be measured & paid separately under respective items of BOQ

Demolition brick work or stone/ boulder masonery built in cement mortar including all quoins , pillars etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L brick work with old size fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radis built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified & directed.

M&L old size brickwork with subclass `B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:6 except bricks Complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling mild steel or wrought iron work in roof trusses,gratings etc and similar work complete all as directed

M&L for mild steel work in roof trusses,purlins,rafters,wind ties,crane gantries,posts,rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam,Tee,Angle,Channel or Flat sections) including distance pieces,cleats etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Framed work such as grills, angle grating etc. with ends of bars shouldered and or riveted or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, railings and similar work confirming to Fe-410-O or Fe-310-O, complete all as specified.

Dismantaling asbestos cement sheets(corrugated, semicorrugatd) in roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.
