Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness below or above ground level and removing material from site ofm work as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base/mass concrete and finished the top surface even and fair complete all as specified.

Material and labour for 300x300x20-25mm thick chequered cement concrete tiles rubberised moulded with grey cement and pigment set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry including laid over a screed bed of 20 mm thick in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for PCC coloured interlocking (glossy finishing) paver blocks with grey cement and no pigments confirming to IS-15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 grade as in hardstanding etc. laid over and including 50 mm thick screed or bedding layer of sand, complete all as specified.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specially provided for including cutting of steel reinforcement as required to facilitate demolition, complete all as specified.

Material and labour for reinforced cement concrete Type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded aggregate) Nominal Mix as in slabs supported on walls for culverts over open drains, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work, not exceeding 200mm thick (horizontal or sloping), comlete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing for TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia, complete all as specified and as directed.

Ditto- but 6mm to 8mm dia (as in stirrups).

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masanory,laid dry below or above ground level and removing material from site complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Brickwork with fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls, built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:6, compelte all as specified and as directed.

ditto- but execpt stone,compelte all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for brickwork with old size fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exc. 6 M mean radius built in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or chamnnel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms , moulds, complete all as specified and as directed.

Add or deduct to above item for each 25mm girth or part thereof over or under 30cm inner girth, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for fixing hold fast, coping, cills and filling in pressed steel door frames including necessary form work and finishing the surfaces to match with existing, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster from brick walls ,concrete surfaces including raking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of concrete block masonry/brick masonry in cement concrete 1:6 cement mortar and finished fair and smooth all as specified.

Material & Labour for raking out joints/ pointing to random rubble or polygonal rubble uncoursed or brought up to courses

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC including separating of steel) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground any dia (posts embedded in concrete, brick work, ground masonary, etc), complete all as specified and as directed by the EIC.

Dismantling of barbed wire/round bar/fencing wire mesh any type and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n.exc0.5cum, getting out in hard/dense soil, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers n.exc 25cm thick, complete all as specified.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5m wide and n. exc 1.5m in depth, for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manhole, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 Sqm on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil.

Material & Labour cement concrete in foundation filling incl mass concreting PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete or in sub base complete all as specified.

Material & Labour for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in boundary pillars and posts, incl necessary formwork complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing MS angle as in posts and top membrane and Flat Iron for secure post/struts in fencing etc fixed in position conforming to Fe-410 (Gde E-250) (quality-A), complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link fencing of mild steel galvanised dia of wire 3.15mm thick and mesh size 50x50mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed by the EIC.

Material & Labour mild steel round bar 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required and binding with MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia as in reinforcement to columns and line bars to hold/support the chain link fencing secured hodizontally, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fixing Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exc 5cm and n exc 10cm long and dia of bolt 11 to 15mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for two coats of synthetic enamel paint on new steel surfaces over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of new steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth, complete all as specified.

Material and labour for two coats of synthetic enamel paint on new steel surfaces over a coat of priming paint plaster coat surfaces plain or moulded, n exc 10cm width or girth when unconnected with other painting or when painted in a different tint,complete all as specified.

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm in hard/dense soil.

Removing excavated material (soils) not exc. 50 m and depositing in soft/hard soil, where directed, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for applying two coat of white wash on wall surfaces incl preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces complete all as specified and directed.
