Supply, lay, test and commissioning of LT UG cable of size 10 sqmm 4 core, XLPE insulated, heavy duty, 1100V grade (Earthed) electric cable with aluminum conductor, served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armored with galvanized steel wire or tape and overall PVC sheathed, laid in trenches or passing through pipe, making all connections with and including provision of necessary glands, lugs, bushing etc as required complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fixing of LED street light fitting 60 watts, rating, separate individual peanut plated lens and aluminium reflector housing made of LM6 pressure die cast aluminium. Optical cover toughened glass only, impact resistance>IK05 IP protection not less than IP66, protection should be class I vibration as per IEC 60598, product standard IS 10322/IEC60598, all the component such as driver, surge protector should be of same make. Driver should be moulded type with operating voltage 140V-270V, driver frequency 50 Hz power factor >0.9, Lumen output should not be less than 130 lumen/watt and luminaries driver ckt, moulded type weather proof construction with separate surge protection device 5 KA rating and separate connector block for termination of incoming cable connection all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Supply and erect 7 meter long hot dipped galvanised OCTAGONAL street light pole with two light bracket for street light. The bottom of pole shall be 130mm dia and top shall be 70mm dia with 3mm thickness, high tensile strength conforming to BS EN 10025, base plate shall be 220x220x112mm with 4 nos of anchor bolt 'J' type 700 mm long 20mm dia with nut washer and bolt shall be inserted to RCC footing. The pole shall have internal inbuilt junction box including 3 phase bus bar and one 6 Amp MCB complete including necessary earthwork excavation in hard/dense soil, RCC M-20 concrete footing with reinforcement, as per manufacturer drawing formwork etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying 3 core PVC insulated and unsheathed 1100 volt grade multicore cable 1.5 sqmm with stranded copper conductor cable drawn inside pole whereas required on bottom and top of pole from looping box inside to security light fitting etc, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and laying DOUBLE WALLED CORRUGATED (DWC) HDPE pipe 40mm bore, TELEREX 450N as per IS-16205 and including couplers and bend for cable protection laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n. exc 1.5 m in depth and not exc 1.5 m wide for foundation or pole or laying of cable and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed

Returning filling in, using excavated soil including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming of soft soil in layers not exc 25cm complete all as specified and directed

Removing excavated surplus material / debris n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.5 above the starting point all as specified and directed

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5m in depth and not exc 1.5m wide for laying UG cables and getting out in hard /dense soil complete all as specified.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling watering and well ramming of hard and dense soil in layers not exc 25 cm.
