Replacement of EB Service Connection Panel and cable including Earthing arrangement for BTS sites under Villupuram, Tindivanam and Gingee SDCA Area Cuddalore BA

Supplying & Drawing of overhead Service connection arrangement with 4 runs of 16 Sq.mm single core aluminium Conductor cable from proposed EB pole to EB meter board or air / in the existing GI pipe i/c hylam separators/ insulators i/c making connections with suitable copper sockets as reqd.

a) In air with 2 nos GI stay wire and hylum seperators / reel insulators

b) In existing GI pipe / loose looping

Supplying and fixing of SMC sheet outdoor type service connection board with size is not less than 600 mm x 500 mm x 250 mm on existing MS angle iron/surface of wall i/c necessary drilling, nut bolds and containing the following items etc., as required. ( Sintex or similar superior make)

Supplying and fixing of SMC sheet outdoor type service connection board with size is not less than 300 mm x 200 mm x 130 mm on existing MS angle iron/surface of wall i/c necessary drilling, nut bolds and containing the following items etc., as required. ( Sintex or similar superior make)

Supplying and laying of 4 X 16 sq.mm PVC insulated single core multi strand copper conductor wire for interconnection etc., as required.

Supplying and fixing of following rating isolator /MCBs in existing DB/ Meter Box etc, as reqd (busbar type)

a) 63 A Rewirable fuse cutout with base

b) 32 A Neutral link

c) 10 mm thick hylam sheet for meter board including cutting, drilling etc.

d) 63A Four Pole Isolator

e) 5 - 32 A 'C' Series Single Pole MCB

Supplying and fixing of following size MS Angle arrangement suitable for fixing existing EB Meter box with necessary accessories etc as reqd.

a) 35 mm x 5 mm MS flat

b) 35 x 35 x 5mm MS Angle

Providing & fixing GI busbar arrangement consists of suitable size of GI strip , porcelain insulator and bolts/nuts in the shelter etc., as required.

Earthing with GI earth pipe 4.5 meters long and 40mm dia including accessories and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe with charcoal/coke and salt as reqd

Supplying and laying of 20 mm dia PVC pipe for the protection of GI wire Earth wire i/c necessary accessories etc as reqd

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia GI wire on surface or in recess as required.

Providing and fixing earth bus made of 25mmx5mm GI strip having a length of 300mm on surface of wall supported by suitable bus bar insualtors and clamping, drilling of necessary holes etc., complete as reqd.

a) On surface of wall

b) In existing pipe/ in loose

S/L 40mm dia HDPE pipe of 8 Kgf/cm2 in the following manner for cable protection

a) Direct in ground i/c excavation, refilling and making good the surface

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for 4x 25 sq.mm (28mm) PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade

Supplying and fixing of 40mm dia B class GI pipe with suitable accessories for supporting OH service connection arrangement by fixing on ground with suitable cement concrete etc., as required.

Dismantling of existing faulty EB meter board alongwith GI pipe wires and other accessories using suitable T&P etc as reqd.

Making good the damages in the existing plate and pipe earth pits by minor brick masonay work but with out cover and re-connecting the dry joints with new bolts and nuts etc., as reqd.

Checking of electrical circuits, load balancing and coordination with TANGEDCO for cable/wire termination at pole and EB metering panel etc., as required.
