Plain Cement concrete of mix 1:4:8 (One part of cement, four part of sand and eight part of aggregates) using 40mm guage hard broken including cost conveyance of all materials to site and labour charges, transporting and placing in position including shoring, forming protective bunds, cofferdams bailing out of water labour for mixing compacting, finishing and curing, working at depths, tools and plants and incidental charges such as sheeting, shoring and bracing and their subsequent removal etc., complete as per standard specification

Steel centering for sides and soffits including supports and strutting upto 1m height for plain surface such as RCC slab with all cross bracings using mild steel sheet of size 90cmx60cmx10 gauge stiffened with welded miled steel angles of size 25x25x6mm for laid over silver oak for coundary wood joints of size 10x6.5 cm spaced at about 90cm centre to centre and supported by casurials props of 10cm to 13 cm dia spaced at about 75cm centre to centre and suppor etc completed as per std specification.

Vibrated Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:1½:3 Mix (One part cement, one and half part of sand and three part of aggregate)using 20mm size ISS HBG metal machine crushed from approved quarry for Reinforced Concrete Works including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing, laying and curing but excluding cost of reinforcement etc. Complete

Supplying fabricating and placing in position of steel rods using TMT Steel ISI including cost of binding wire, cost of labour charges for fabrication and placing in position etc. Complete. Complying with std. specifications.

Brick Work in Cement Mortor 1:5 Mix (one part of cement and five part of sand) using II Class Bricks of size 9''X4 1/4''X2 3/4''from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc. complete. Complying with std. specifications.

Plastering in Cement Mortor 1:5 Mix (one part of cement and five part of sand) 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc. complete. Complying with std. specifications.

Painting two coats with approved cement paint over one priming coat of cement paint with approved colour and quality including preparation of plastered surface ceiling and other new surfaces finishing neatly etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers

Supplying and fixing of grill including cost and conveyance of materials with cutting .bending and all labour charges etc., complete complying with standed Specification

Painting the new iron works in all floors two coats of best synthetic enamel paint of approved quality and colour and brand to be approved by the executive engineer before use on works over one coat of promer including scrapping and preparation of surface cost of brushes high scoffolding charges neat finishing complying with standard speficications and as directed by the departmental officers.
