The tenderer must have minimum average annual contractual turnover of V/N or 'V' whichever is less; where V= Advertised value of the tender in crores of RupeesN= Number of years prescribed for completion of work for which bids have been invited.The average annual contractual turnover shall be calculated as an average of "total contractual payments" in the previous three financial years, as per the audited balance sheet. However, in case balance sheet of the previous year is yet to be prepared/ audited, the audited balance sheet of the fourth previous year shall be considered for calculating average annual contractual turnover.The tenderers shall submit requisite information as per Annexure-VIB, along with copies of Audited Balance Sheets duly certified by the chartered Accountant/ Certificate from Chartered Accountant duly supported by Audited Balance Sheet.

Electrical Contractor License: Tenderer(s) have to submit a copy of valid Electrical Contractor License for carrying out installation work of voltage class involved, issued by any State/Central Government along with the tender documents, failing which the offer is liable to be rejected.

Technical Eligibility Criteria: (a) The tenderer must have successfullycompleted or substantially completed any one of the following categoriesof work(s) during last 07 (seven) years, ending last day of monthprevious to the one in which tender is invited : (i) Three similar workseach costing not less than the amount equal to 30% of advertised valueof the tender. OR (ii) Two similar works each costing not less than theamount equal to 40% of advertised value of the tender. OR (iii) Onesimilar work costing not less than the amount equal to 60% of advertisedvalue of the tender. Further details as provided in tender.

1.1: Item No. 01: Supply and fixing of 5"x5" (8 Module) GI box as per list of makes attached to be fixed in the wall by cutting in the pucca and plastering the broken area as it was original. The debris of plaster removed to be collected, make the place neat and clean and debris shall be disposed off in dump yard on the daily basis.

1.2: Item No.02: Supply and fixing of 3"x5"(4 Module) GI box with earth terminals as per list of makes attached to be fixed in the wall by cutting in the pucca and plastering the broken area as it was original. The debris of plaster removed to be collected, make the place neat and clean and debris shall be disposed off in dump yard on the daily basis.

1.3:Item No.03: Fixing, testing and commissioning of 18 watt LED tube light complete fitting along with LED rod on the wall, (Tube light fitting will be supplied by RCF).

1.4:Item No. 04: fixing, testing and commissioning of bracket lights( light fitting will be supplied by RCF) equivalent to Crompton greaves model wall mounting Champagne gold finish fixture with plastic body suitable for 9W LED lamp.

1.5:Item No. 05: Fixing, testing and commissioning of 1200mm dia. sweep ceiling fan ( Ceiling fan will be supplied by RCF). It also includes the 1.0 sq mm wire for connecting the fan and fan sheet to cover the fan box hole.

1.6:Item.No.06: Supply and fixing of 6 Amp modular white switch of SSK Cat. No. ACE-100 (ACE Series), Anchor Cat. No. 47101 (Rider Series), Legrand Cat. No. 675501 (MyLink Series) or equivalent of any other make to be got prior approval of Dy CEE/PS. These switches to be fixed in the requisite Switch plates supplied against Item No. 8 & 10 as per explanatory notes.

1.7:Item.No.07: Supply and fixing of 6 Amp modular white modular socket of Legrand Cat. No. 675550 (Mylinc Series), Anchor Cat. No. 47325 (Rider Series),, SSK Cat. No. ACE-219 (ACE Series) or equivalent of any other make to be got prior approval of Dy CEE/PS. These sockets to be fixed in the requisite Switch plates supplied against Item No. 8 & 10 as per explanatory notes.

1.8:Item No.08:- Supply and fixing of 8 Module sheet of make Anchor, Legrand, SSK or equivalent same series of switches and sockets.

1.9:Item No. 09: Supply and fixing of 6/16 Amp. Modular white modular socket of Legrand Cat. No. 675555 (Mylinc Series) / Anchor Cat. No. 47366 (Rider Series) /SSK Cat. No. ACE-220 (ACE Series) or equivalent of any other make to be got prior approval of Dy CEE/PS. These sockets to be fixed in the requisite Switch plates supplied against Item No. 8 & 10 as per explanatory notes.

1.10:Item No. 10: Supply and fixing of 4 Module sheet of make Anchor, Legrand, SSK or equivalent same series of switches and sockets.

1.11:Item No. 11: Supply and fixing of 16 AMP White modular switch of Legrand cat. No. 675511 (mylinc series), or anchor cat No.47263 (Rider Series) or SSK Cat. No.ACE-207(ACE series) or equivalent approved by Dy. CEE/PS. These switches to be fixed in the requisite Switch plates supplied against Item No. 8 & 10 as per explanatory notes.

1.12:Item No. 12: Supply, fixing, testing and commissioning of step type Modular electronic fan regulators 100watt hum free of legrand Cat. No. 675530 (mylinc series),or anchor cat No.47172 (Rider Series) or SSK Cat. No.ACE-214(ACE series) in the existing switch plates.

1.13:Item No. 13: Supply, fixing of PVC Conduit pipe MMS (Medium mechanical strength) of 25 mm dia., inside Diameter (Min.) 21.4mm as per list of makes attached it also includes all junction boxes, bends and sockets required for fixing the conduit in the wall by making slit in the cemented wall, repairing the wall as it is original. All the junction boxes to be covered with PVC round sheets with two screws of requisite sizes.

1.14:Item No. 14:Supply wiring and drawing in the existing PVC conduits ,testing and commissioning of 01run of 4.0 sq.mm PVC insulated multistrand copper wire of list of makes.
