Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out or for laying underground cable etc. in soft/loose soil, including getting out bricks complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Removal of excavated surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge .

M & L for sand cushioning with dry coarse canal sand to under ground cable 23 cm thick, 8 cm thick below the cable and 15 cm thick after laying the cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Thickness after punning shall be considered for payment.

M & L for brick protection with old size sub class 'B' bricks laid flat , length of bricks across the route of underground cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down existing unserviceable security/street light, high mast lights, globe lights, guarden lights of any capacity/size from existing pole, bldg, wall for replacement of unsv fitting complete including checking of electric circuit for security/street light, high mast lights, globe lights, guarden lights complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in Charge. Note: Contractor supervisor will receive complant each working day from JE E/M and will rectify the total no of complaints given to him the same day and feedback to JE E/M daily evening, failing which a recovery of Rs 20 per day/ light will be made, contractor will deploy etectrication/ helper will be made on the account, contractor will ensure all safety accesseries,T&P will be provide to the labour employed

Supply and fixing on existing pole from street light fitting with replacement of New LED street light driver capacity up to 60 to 75 watt and support to existing light ie Haveels, crompton, Philips, Bajaj etc and existing light make to serviceable with 01 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing on existing pole from street light fitting / High Mast light fitting with replacement of New LED street light driver capacity up to 120 to 180 watt and support to existing light ie Haveels, crompton, Philips, Bajaj etc and existing light make to serviceable with 01 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for in replacement Earthing complete with galvanized earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of earth plate at a depth of not less than 1.5 meter deep below normal ground level connected to and including galvanised Earth lead wire 4 mm dia by7 means of nuts, bolts & washers of GI or steel and adequate quantity of salt and charcoal. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Notes: - (i) GI strip up to earth test point/equipment is included in this item. (ii) Outer edge of earth pit chamber shall be 1.5 meter away from the outer edge of PCC chamber.

S&F in replacement motor for high mast light of suitable cap in HP including repair to which to lift and lower the high mast light including arrangement for replacement of pinion/gear box, chain, wire etc to make the high mast light servicable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cutting/ trimming of tree branches not exc 10cm girth touching/ approaching the LT/HT overhead lines with hack saw/axe to clear the LT/HT line upto 3 metre on each side (Horizontal and / or vertical) including disposal of trimmed branches 2 KM away inside the Military station area & clearing site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- 3 metre width on each side of LT/HT line shall be cleared and each span having not less than 3/5 conductors and min30-40 m pole to pole distance shall be measured as each span

Notes : (i) Amount of credit for retrieved materials is mentioned in Sch 'A' Section-II of tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted while acceptance of tender offline. (ii) All light and driver make to servicable with 01 year replacement warranty. The contracotr will liable for penalty of Rs 500/day if he fail to interain the complaint given to him on next day.
