Replacement of defunct HT trivector meter within the Campus of Livestock Development Board Shalteng Srinagar pertaining to ESD Zainakote, ED-3rd (Turnkey Basis)
Supply, installation., testing and commissioning of Single Phase, Single core, single ratio, Epoxy resin Cast Current Transformers suitable for11kV, copper wound primary type with rated burden 5VA and accuracy class 0.5 or betterand conforming to IS2705 (part-I & II) amended upto date. ISF shall be upto. CT ratio:-20/5 for 250 KVA transformer.
Supply, installation., testing and commissioning of 11kV/ 110 V, Three phase epoxy resin cast PT with rated burden 15VA per phase andaccuracy class 0.5 or better and conforming to IS:3156 (part-I&II) amended upto date with proper colour coded identification. PTs shall be of uniform insulating and withstand separate source 23kV pf for one minute.
Supply, installation., testing and commissioning of 3Ph, 3 Wire HT CT/PT operated Fully static Smart Tri-Vector Energymeters DLMS CompliantCategory 'C' with RS232 port for modem compatibility. 11kV/110V, Ph-Ph (3P,3W) metersfor measurement of different electrical parameters including Active Energy (kWh/ MWh), Reactive Energy (kVArh/MVArh), Apparent Energy (kVAh/ MVAh) etc. (make L&T, Secure,ABB)
Providing and installation of Bus Bar as per details below: CTs bus bar:- 40x6 mm copper strip or adequate size PTs bus bar: Copper wire 8 SWG or 30x0.6mm copper flat strip to connect PT terminal oradequate size
Supply, installation., testing and commissioning of PVC Copper wire flexible multi-strand of required size for secondary connections for CTwiring the minimum wire size shall be 4 mm2 (RYB) and for PT wiring minimum wire sizeshall be 2.5 mm2 (RYB).
Providing and installation Copper Lugs preferably ring type duly crimped for termination of wires and tapes
Earthing 40 mm GI Pipe or 20 mm GI rod, 2.5 mtr for metering unit. Earthing of metering cubicle through two No 25 x 5 mm flat iron.
Dismantling & re-erection of existing complete Trivector meter assembly from old site to new site including unloading / loading / transportation charges.
Dismantling & re-erection of MCCB with Distribution Box along with Busbars complete and modification/fabrication at new site as per requirement including unloading / loading / transportation charges.
