Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - all work upto plinth level : 1:1 1/2 :3 ( 1 Cement : 1 1/2 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate)finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete 40mm thick with 20mm nominal size stone aggregate.

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer in charge. 1:3:6 or richer mix

Structural steel work in single section fixed with or without connecting plate including cutting hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Providing and fixing 1 mm thick M.S. sheet door with frame of 35x35x4 mm angle iron without M.S. gusset plates at the junctions and corners, all necessary fittings complete, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer.Using flats 30x6 mm for diagonal braces and central cross piece

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade: Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture.

Dismantling roofing including ridges, hips, valleys and gutters etc., and stacking the material within 50 metres lead of: G.S. Sheet

Providing corrugated GS sheet roofing fixed with GI J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen and GI limpet washer or with GI limpet washers filled with white lead and including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete ( upto a pitch of 60 degrees) excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses. 0.63 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/Sq.m.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %),total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting tosize and shape wherever required.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised steel sheet roofing accessories 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness, Zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS:277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns using self drilling/ self tapping screws complete.

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic washable distemper (ready mixed) of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete as per manufacturer's specification. Two or more coats on new work

White washing with lime to give an even shade : +1% for colour Old work (One or more coats)

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical including staking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply of mineral aggregate like broken stone/crushed stone (crushed in mechanical crusher) including all lead and stacking etc. complete. 40mm standard size broken stone

Supply of mineral aggregate like broken stone/crushed stone (crushed in mechanical crusher) including all lead and stacking etc. complete. 20mm standard size broken stone

Laying/ Spreading of stone aggregate In uniform thikness complete job as per instruction of EIC
