Supply and Fixing in repairs 40W Jodhpuri Post top LED Light fixture Weatherproof (IP-65) made up of Aluminium Casting material with Polycarbonate diffuser for crystallize effect along with aluminium die cast holder & high efficiency phase heat sink with max junction temperature 75 & above 6000 lumens. Driver should be non dimmable AC 85V to 265V having PF & driver efficiency > 0.95 with surge factor +/- 4 Kv. and external surge protection device of 10KVA all as specified and directed by engr in charge.

Supply and fixing in repairs of 3000mm Milton Post top pole made of CI Base Casting of 835mm height and having base dia of 295mm. The base shall have 295mm dia circular plinth for 85mm with octagonal dsign. Then gradually tapering to AF 170mm with height 78mm then straightening to 170mm height with section of AF 142 and tapering out to 150mm. A Lotus design in inverted top and bottom section of height 60mm and 55mm respectively followed by circular ring design 29,18 and 29mm height with 120mm dia. Then a flower design starts above the circular ring with 102mm dia and then tapering out to 146mm dia and again tapering in to 93mm dia and 111mm dia on top. The entire height of the flower design shall be 285mm. The main shaft shall be of 60.3 mm dia pipe with approx. 2600mm length and 3mm thickness. The 60.3 mm dia pipe shall insulated with Aluminium extruded fluted pipe of 80mm dia. A service door shall be provided on the bottom of the casting suitable for 6A MCB and 32A terminal connectors for loop-in / loop-out arrangement. The base casting shall have 3 holes of 18mm suitable for M16 x 450mm foundation bolts. Cost of PCC foundation for this pole should be included in quotated rate. All dimension and weight are within +/- 10% tolerence. The pole shall be coated with Etch primer, Epoxy zinc phosphate primer and finished using environmentally stable polyurethane based paint ( coating thickness 80 microns (+/-10microns) and pole to be fixed in bolts Foundation bolts (set of 3) included in the quotated price and Bakalite 4way 32amp connector and one 6 amp MCB for connecting the cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, laying, commission & testing in repairs XLPE insulated armoured LT cable, 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium condutor of size 4 core 16 Sqmm laid in trenches/ through pipe/ ducts or fixed on wall with incl. suitabe size GI clamps complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs PVC insulated, stranded copper conductor cable of size 3 core 2.5 Sqmm in connection of FRP type looping box to light fitting connector, passing thourgh GI pipe/ tubular pole complete with fixing arrangment all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for in repair maintanace free enviroment friendly earth elctrode set comprising of 17.2mm dia, 3m long rod low carbon steel molecular copper bounded for a thickness of 250 micro OHMS, highly conductive ANS/INSF STD -60 certified carbon bound backfill compound which shall set like concrete according to BS 7430 & IEEE 80 (each bag shall contain 50 lbs) complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for 4mm dia GI earth continuity conductor of main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or burried in ground or drawn in conduit /pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situtation for loop earthing etc. as require complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix High density poly ethylene pipes (HDPE) of pressure rating 6 kgf/cm2 laid in trenches of 40mm bore all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and Fix in repair street light/Decorative Light timer suitable for 230V, 50Hz, 1 Channel Control and automatic operating modes, IP rating 20 and which automatically switches on and off street Light/Decorative Light all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down existing street light pole of any type and Supply, Installation, Testing and commissioning of heritage aesthetic look post top luminaire having symmetrical distribution beam angle of 1200 X1200 ( +/- 5%) with housing material of Die-cast aluminum, powder-coated finish, PC cover; system wattage not exceeding 33W and system lumen output of not less than 3900 lumens with efficiency not less than 120lumens/W. CCT of 3000k and CRI>=70 with SDCM<5. Weight not more than 8.5 kgs, Fixture shall operate in temperature range of 00C to 50 0C . Fixture shall have input voltage for 100- 277 VAC, 50/60 Hz. Lifetime should be at least 50,000 burning hours at L70 at 40 degree centigrade ambient. Fixture shall be equipped with total IP65 protection and mechanical impact of minimum IK08. The fixture should be capable of surge protection upto 2oKV minimum with salt spra tst of 50hr. Luminaire ies file (photomentry file) must also be submitted along with the bid.Luminaire and driver should be same make. Should include Decorative poles with base plate and all associated items made out of MS pipe (finished with P.U. paint shade) of 301 Cm height and window at the bottom for space for MCB and terminal block for fixing LED post top integral mounted decorative LED light post suitable for 40/25/20 mm dia GI bend to desired shape as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE-: The New light fixture and Pole should match the existing light and pole in terms of design and quality, for asthetics of staton and site to be visited before quoting the tender.

Excavatiion in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m depth soil for laying of cable/GI pipe and getting out in hard/dense complete all as specified and directed.
