Approach Road

Earthwork in filling in Marginal bund / Guide bank / Afflux bund / Canal embankment etc. to the design section and grade by obtaining earth from outside borrow pits and filling in uniform layer not exceeding 15cm thick including clearing light jungle, removing trees upto 15 cm dia and uprooting roots and stumps from the seat at embankment and borrow pit area, breaking clods not more than 10mm cube, ramming, watering, dressing and roughening the seat of embankment, profiling etc. Paying compensation of earth borrowed from private or forest land if any, lead upto 30 M and lift upto 1.5 M complete as directed.

Collection and supply of sand and gravel (40% sand and 60% gravel) of size 13mm to 38mm from approved quarry including loading, unloading and stacking in measurable stacks at work site up to a height of 1.00m including payment of forest royality etc.

Labour charges for spreading hard river shingles / sand gravels to required thickness over approach subway etc. including ramming, dressing the seat before laying the materials lead upto 30.00 M and lift 1.50 M. Complete as directed.

Surge Tank and other ancillary fittings

Supply, fitting-fixing of Heavy duty CIDF sluice valve inside screw, non raising, vertical spindle type with hand wheel operation need of water purpose. The rotation of closing should be counter clock wise. The holes of the flange should be drilled as per BSS No. 10 , Part-I, Table-D. All materials construction and components should strickly conform to IS : 14846-2000 and having marked with manufacturers name and trade mark in the delivery pipe layout as directed / as per drawing along with HD GI flange, pipe joining materials and painting in complete as directed.

Supply, fitting-fixing of Heavy duty CIDF Reflex valve, swing check type with bypass arrangement, horizontal operating. The holes of the flange to be as per BSS No. 10, Part-I, Table-D and the material, construction and all components should strictly conform to IS : 5312 (Part-I)-2004 and having arked with manufacturers name and trade mark in the delivery pipe layout as directed / as per drawing along with HD GI flange, pipe jointing set and painting in complete as directed. Rate as per Annexure-IV & DPC,Mech 2019-20.

Supply, fitting-fixing of delivery pipes of 80/100 mm dia GI / fabricated GI pipes ( HD of repute brand with ISI marked) with flange at both end / wherever required with pipe jointing sets, including painting in complete as per drawing / specification including temporary pipe support as required and as directed

Fitting-fixing of MS / GI bend of 80/100 mm dia x 450 / 900 / 1200 with GI / fabricated GI pipes with flange at both end and pipe jointing sets, including painting as per drawing / specification as directed.

Supply of G.I Equal Tee of 80/ 100 mm Dia. Complete as directed.

Fitting, fixing of G.I Equal Tee of 80/ 100 mm Dia. Complete as directed.

Supply, fitting-fixing of surge tank of size 900mm dia x 1250mm long made of 4mm MS plate with raiser assembly of size 75mm dia x 6.0m long and S-band of size 100mm x 1600mm long made of 4mm MS plate including painting the above with one coat of synthetic enamel primer followed by 2 (two) coats of successive synthetic enamel/ bituminous black paint and made provision for mounting the surge tank on a specified foundation by nuts & bolts of suitable size as per drawing & specification as directed.

Fabrication of steel floating Barge

Bottom, side & deck portion of the Barge: Supply & fabrication of M.S. Plate , M.S. Angle, etc. of bottom side & deck portion of the barge of size,7.62 m × 4.58 m × 1.37 m along with supply & fabrication of M.S. Channel for installation of pump sets, M.S. Angle for pipe support, etc, complete as directed by the Department as per drawing. The job also includes painting of the barge with 2 (two) coats of anticorrosive metal primer followed by 2 (two) coats of anticorrosive black bituminous paints, complete as directed by the Department. Each successive coat of the paint is to be applied after normal drying of the previous coat, complete as directed by the Department

Super structure of the Barge: Supply, fabrication& erection of 8 no.s of roof support of height 1.9 m providing post of M.S. Angle with necessary clamping & welding at the top of the barge along with roof truss & purline made of M.S. Blank pipe fitted with necessary welding & bolting, complete as directed by the Department.

Roofing items of the Barge: Providing TATA / DYNAROOF make C.G.I. Sheet / Roofing of size-3050 mm (L) × 910 mm (B) × 0.50 mm (T). The job includes supply of C.G.I. Sheet, G.I. Ridging & fitting, fixing of entire roof with necessary J-Hooks, Nuts & Bolts with Washer, complete as directed.

Rain protection shed & railing of the Barge: Supply, fitting, fixing of B.P. Sheet along with post of M.S. Angle, G.I. Pipe for railing with necessary welding & bolting, complete as directed. The job also includes painting of pipes, etc. by two coats of metallic primer to be followed by two coats paints of reputed brand, complete as directed.

Anchoring Materials of the barge: Supply, fitting & fixing of C.I.Bollard on the corner edge of the platform deck of the barge facing towards the riverbank by suitable size of HDMS Nuts & bolts including supply of 100 Mtr 15mm Anchor Chainand 400 RM good quality 19 mm dia.HD Steel wire rope,steel core,tested quality to be fastening with the Anchor 5 Prong 30 Kg. by means of suitable size of required nos. of ‘U’ bolts complete as directed.

Transportation: Transportation of iron materials, machineries, miscellaneous items, welding equipment, etc. from Guwahati to work site by Truck including loading, unloading & restacking properly at site.

Shifting of the Barge: Shifting of the barge from the place of fabrication to the work site including floating of the same at the intake point, complete as directed.

Supply, Fabrication and Installation of M.S. Foot Bridge from bank of the river to Barge as directed.

Underground PVC Pipe Distribution System

Earthwork in excavation trenches of walls, retaining walls, footing of columns, steps and septic tank including refilling (return filling) the quantity as necessary after completion of works, breaking clods in return filling, dressing, ramming, watering etc. and removal of surplus earth with all lead and lift upto 2 metre as directed and specified in following classification of soils, including bailing out of water where necessary upto depth below the existing ground level as mention in the approved drawing and as directed and specified.

Supplying, fitting, fixing PVC Pipes (IS 12818, 6 kg/cm2), joining pipes with relevant cement, levelling, testing leakages etc. complete as directed. (Cost of E/W foundation trenches will be paid separately) A) 160mm dia Main Canal

R.C.C work in slab, abutment cap and above abutment, pier cap, pedestal, dirt wall etc. in proportion 1:2:4 (M15) with hard river shingles of size 6mm to 20mm with proper reinforcement as per design including necessary curing etc. complete as directed with necessary timber shuttering, scaffolding etc. where necessary complete as directed. (Shuttering, scaffolding cost will be paid separately).

Centering and shuttering including propping etc where necessary and removal of forms after completion of CC and RCC works as directed complete. (Measurement to be taken on the face area timbered).

Supplying, fitting, fixing 110 mm dia PVC Rising pipe from the toe of main line including local carriage, testing leakage etc. complete as directed.

Supplying, fitting, fixing PVC bend pipe size joining with pipes with solvent cement, testing leakages etc. complete as directed.

Supplying, fitting, fixing PVC Pipes (IS 12818, 4 kg/cm2), joining pipes with relevant cement, levelling, testing leakages etc. complete as directed. (Cost of E/W foundation trenches will be paid separately).

Supplying fitting fixing and laying reinforcement (TATA) in position in RCC work including cutting, bending, cranking with two piles 0.91 M (20 BWG) annealed wire hooking tying complete as directed.

Construction of Sign Board

Supply of sign board made of 1.60mm thick MS iron sheet fitted with steel frame of size 1.05 m x 0.75m fixed with 2 Nos. 50mm dia GI (medium) pipes 2.10m above and 0.60m below ground fitted with C.C. work in proportion 1:3:6 and size 0.45m x 0.45m x 0.60m below ground including painting with approved paint including writing letters complete as directed.

Installation of centrifugal pumpset (Horizontal split casing type, size: 150mm (suction) x 125mm dia delivery of 60 LPS minimum discharge at 13.00m head coupled with 3 PH, 415V, 50 Hz, 1450 RPM squirrel cage induction motor of 20 HP complete set. The job includes necessary transportation of pump sets to the site and installation of CC block foundation in proper position with accurate alignment by means of foundation nuts and bolts complete with all works.

CI Foot Valve: Heavy Duty CI Foot Valve, Flange type, the holes of the flange should be drilled as per BSS No. 10, Part-1, Table-D. The materials of construction and all components of the Foot Valve should strictly conform to IS : 10805 - 1986 and having marked with manufacturer’s name and trade mark.
