Cement concrete 1:3:6 mix with stone aggregates 20mm nominal size mechanically mixed and vibrated in foundation upto a depth of 1.5 metres below ground level and 1.5 metres ground/bed level.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - all work upto plith level - 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Plain cement concrete m-15 mix with stone aggregates 20mm nominal size mechanically mixed and vibrated in foundation upto a depth of 1.50 metres below ground level and/or 1.50 metres above ground/bed level

12mm cement plaster finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix - 1:4 (1 cement :4 fine sand)

Centring and shuttering including strutting , propping etc. and removal of form work for - foundations, footings, bases for columns

Providing, hoisting and fixing precast reinforced cement concrete cover slab for drain (upto plinth level) of length varying upto 1.80m and varying thickness from 100mm to 200mm including the cost of required centering, shuttering and finishing smooth with neat cement punning on the exposed surface but excluding the cost of reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement 1.5 coarse sand 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. works including bending, binding and placing in position - Thermo Mechanical Treated Bars (ISI brand approved make) Fe - 415 or more
