Up keeping of Grassed Playfields including Misc. activities in colony area at RRCAT, Indore

Maintenance and up-keeping of grassed Playfields & CISF Parade ground in colony by up-keeping of lawns with regular follow up of cultural practices including mowing of lawn,removal of all weeds,watering, top dressing with Garden earth /and manure , application of fertilizers, pesticides etc.(excluding the cost of material which shall be supplied by the department or paid separately), transporting the garden waste from the grassed areas by deploying tractor- trolley or suitable means at pre located site for disposal at all leads within RRCAT campus and complete as per specifications and as directed by EIC.(Note:1.Payment shall be based on the Grassed areas maintained on monthly basis 2.Quantity mentioned is for 12 months i.e.23000sqm per monthX12Months=276000sqm)

Rolling in Cricket field, athletic track and other play field areas by Mechanical Roller of minimum 8 to 10 tons capacity so as to make the area compact and suitable for play /athletics etc and complete as per specifications and as directed by EIC.(Note:1.Payment shall be based on the actual operation of roller on hourly basis)

Transportation of soil/murrum by truck/trolley at all leads within RRCAT campus including the cost of excavation, loading, unloading at site and complete as per the specifications and as directed by EIC.(Note:1.Soil/murrum measured will be reduced by 20% for payment)

Supply of good quality fine textured Red soil free from pebbles suitable for Lawns,plant propagation and pot culture etc. at RRCAT site including the cost of Royalty,excavation at source,loading , carriage, unloading , screening through sieve of I.S. designation 20mm,stacking & spreading at RRCAT site and complete as per specifications and as directed by EIC/Head, Horticulture Section. (Note:1.Red Soil measured will be reduced by 20% for payment)

Supplying and filling in Plinth with Screened selected sand under floors,including watering, ramming,consolidating,finishing to level and dressing etc.complete as per the specifications and as directed by EIC..

Providing of good quality flower sticks of Tuberose/Gladiolus of Local varieties (open field cultivated) suitable for flower vase free from blemishes,having healthy & fresh in proper form including the cost of packing, transportation at RRCAT site spread over the year in regular interval and complete as per specifications and as directed by EIC .

Providing of good quality flower sticks of polyhouse grown Tissue cultured Gerbera,Carnation,Gladiolus,Rose amongst Dutch(hybrid) varieties suitable for flower vase & floral decoration, free from blemishes,healthy & fresh, in proper form including the cost of packing, transportation at RRCAT site during the entire contract period as and when required and complete as per the specifications and as directed by EIC.

Arrangement of flower vases by collecting flower sticks, filler material etc from flower beds / Gardens with in the campus,washing and cleaning the same using fresh water, carrying and arranging the same in different patterns in flower vases placed in the various office locations including the cost of cleaning of vases by deploying mali's with in stipulated time frame on day to day basis and complete as per specifications and as directed by EIC.( Flower sticks/filler material, cleaning agent , water shall be supplied by the Deptt free of cost) Note: 1.The payment shall be based on number of flower vases arranged as per the specifications.

Stage decoration at Convention centre,Auditorium etc. with cut flowers and fillers on floral foam (Size:80mmX110mmX230mm) in presentable manner in tray/stand or polythene sheets by providing floral foam of Oasis or approved equivalent make & required wire mesh including collection of flowers /fillers from Gardens /flower beds/supplies , washing the same with clear water,fixing and arranging on floral foam as per approved design/patterns and clearing the site by deploying Mali & complete as per specifications and as directed by EIC.(Flower sticks,filler material,cleaning agent,tray/stand shall be supplied by the Deptt free of cost) Note: 1.The payment shall be based on number of floral foam bricks arranged with flowers/fillers as per specifications.

Providing & supply of Flower bouquets of approved pattern using flower sticks of minimum 10Nos from amongst Hybrid Gerbera, Roses& Gladiolus,Tuberose etc combined with filler plant material and/seasonal flower sticks amongst golden rods,candytuff,ladylace, gypsophylla,fern,asparagus,etc using floral foam/bouquet holder including the cost of material,all labour ,tools & tackles complete as per specifications and as directed by EIC. Note: 1.The payment shall be based on the number of flower bouquets supplied on actual requirement .
