Dismantling of structural steel work including doors, gates framed truss etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Plate girder or single stanchions, built up of one beam or channel section with flange plates, caps, bases. splices, angle brackets, cleats and other connections complete all as specified Fe-410-W(Gde E-250) quality B complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for preparation of old decoreated external wall surface by mechanised sander viz Xpress sanding machine having suction vaccum bag or by manual scrapping tools where mechanical removal is not possible, and applying two coats of cement base paint over coat of primer on walls complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for preparation of old decorated plastered or un-plastered surface of walls, cornices, pilasters etc by brooming down scraping, filling all the nail holes etc and prepairing surface with plaster of paris etc and applying two coat of white wash on walls mixed with adequate quantity of fevicol complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No 4 above but on ceiling all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for preparation of old painted wooden surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed

All as per item No. 6 above but on steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specifed and directed.

Material & Labour for providing RCC 1:2:4 type B- 1 using 20 mm grade stone aggregate as in slab supportetd on walls, shelves, Chajjas, cantilevers or similar work complete all as specified and as directed.

Formwork to Chajjas through and similar items including edges and similar work complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour TMT bars 10mm dia and over in reinforcement cut to length bent to shape required incl hooking ends and binding with MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia all as directed and specified.

Material & Labour for TMT bars 6 to 8 mm dia for reinforcement cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, and binding with and incl MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming to Fe-415 or Fe-500 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) including removing the rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:4 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square or Rectangular) area of each tile exc. 0.11 Sqm but not exc. 0.18 sqm, as in floor etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface of tile complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour glazed ceramic joint free coloured tiles in vertical surfaces 450x300x7mm/600x300x7mm thick, set and joiunted in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Surface excavation n exc 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour Hard core of Broken bricks of gauge n.exc 63mm deposited spread & levelled in layers n exc 15cm watered and rammed to a true surface thickness all as specified and directed

Material & Labour for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations filling, sub base and mass concrete filling, etc complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing 80 mm thick, machine pressed rubber moulded, glossy coloured, precast conctete interlocking paver block any shape and size of M-40 grade of approved shade with grey cement and pigment laid over 50mm thick sand cushion and filled with fine sand complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed bed laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing including dismantling complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in CM (1:6), finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed .

Material & Labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over one coat of chalk whitening complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing box type Steel windows with double shutters (inside for wiremesh & out side for glass), hinges, steel handle, tower bolt and steel peg stay complete with glazing bars dovetailed or welded .WIRE MESH –Stainless steel wire mesh of 0.3 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperature 1.40mm. Grills window shall be provided with grill made of 10mm square MS bars welded to 12mmx6mm thick MS plate . Distance between bars should not be more than 12cm c/c. Total grill unit shall be enamel painted and fixed to window frame with screw. Note: The glazed/Guaged shutter includingguard bars shall be measure once i.e. as per area of opening. No separate payment of separate shutter i.e. glazed and fly proof and guard bars shall be made. Area of shutter shall be the area of opening. The rate quoted by the contractor is deemed to inclusive two coat of paint over a coat of primer of all aspects incl all fitting,glass,wire mesh,guard bar, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs of 300 mm long (Length of bolt) aluminium alloy, anodised, sliding door bolt with hasp, staple (bolt type) and fixing clips of sheets, cast or extruded sections and fixing bolts and sliding bolt of extruded sections or cast aluminium alloy complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for preparation of new steel surfaces over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level)

Material & Labour for 100mm thick cement concrete type B-2, 1:2:4 (40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in hard standing and footpaths complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for 25mm thick cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for cement concrete type D-2 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded stone graded stone aggregate) as in sub base for tiling complete all as specified.

Material & Labour for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection surface finished fair and even complete all as specified. Note :- Plinth protection shall be of width as directed and shall be laid to slope of 1:30 in alternative bays not exceeding 3 meter in length. Joints of 6 mm wide and 10 mm deep shall be provided along the wall and bays and same shall be filled with bitumen mastic (1:3) complete all as specified and directed.
