Maintenance of water supply system Repairs/ Servicing of 33KV/433V 400KVA Sub Station including other electrical works at 10MLD Pressure Filter plant

Repairs/Servicing and Painting of 33KV Sub-Station Structure of 10MLD Pressure filter plant by: i) Cleaning of all LA's and insulators by using WD 40 or equivalent cleaner in the Sub-Station and tightening of all terminations. ii) Servicing of Air break switches by cleaning the contacts of all three phase by using Aerosol Electrical cleaner, adjusting the gap, replacing all corroded bolts, nuts washers etc., applying petroleum jelly to all contacts and making free the operation of the A. B. Switches, Scraping and applying one coat of red oxide and two coats of Aluminum paint. iii) Cleaning of Sub Station fencing Scraping and applying one coat of red oxide and two coats of Aluminum paint of approved make.

Filtration of Oil of 1 Nos. each 33KV/433V, 400KVA outdoor transformer of 600ltrs oil capacity at 10MLD pressure filter plant ,Verna.

Toping up of transformer oil make Power oil for 1 Nos. 33KV/433V, 400KVA transformer of 10MLD pressure filter plat at Verna.

Replacement of silica gel breather, 1.0kg capacity of 33KV/433V, 400KVA outdoor transformer.

Providing and applying spray paint with two coats of anti corrosive epoxy paint of STANVAC or equivalent make on 33KV/433V , 400KVA Outdoor Transformer at 10MLD pressure filter plant including scraping using emery papery and preparing smooth surface ,necessary repairs to scratches , Spray painting with one coat of red oxide paint etc. Complete as directed by Engineer in-charge.

Supply and Replacement of existing failed/damaged 33KV resin cast indoor Current Transformer, make Goa Electric Company/Crompton greaves/Pragati Electricals Pvt. Ltd., duly MRT tested by Goa electricity department including dismantling /removing of existing current transformer. The detailed specifications are as under : Ratio: 12.5/5A, HSV: 36KV, Class: 0.5 s, Burden: 15VA, Freq.: 50Hz, ILV: 36/70/170kVp, STC: 13.1KA/1.0 Sec., Insulation Class : B, Type : ID/RC.

Supply and Replacement of existing damaged 33KV resin cast indoor Potential Transformer, make Goa Electric Company/Crompton greaves/Pragati Electricals Pvt. Ltd., duly MRT tested by Goa electricity department including dismantling/removing of existing Potential Transformer. The detailed specifications are as under : Ratio: 33KV/3/110V/3,Class of accuracy: 0.5, Burden: 50VA.

Providing and fixing G.I. chain link mesh 6.35cm x 6.35 cm x 10 gauge (2.5" x 2.5"x 10 gauge) fixed with angle iron posts and struts by G.I. or M.S. staples at 20cms apart with welding with the iron posts (placed at 3 meters centre to centre) including providing barbed wire stiffeners (shall weigh 9.33 kg. per 100 meters minimum) at top and bottom with barbed wire stiffers by binding wires at 50cms centre to centre complete as per the direction of the Engineer in charge (angle iron posts struts earthwork and concrete for fencing posts and struts to be paid separately)
