Removal of old PVC fills

Supply of PVC fill type C10.19, (Munter's PVC film type fill) in white colour, 0.25mm thick, double edge folded, UV inhibited in nested sheet of different size including cost of preparation of fills in the block form by gluing/pasting by machine ,removal of existing old fills and refixing the same with newly fabricated PVC fills in NDCT at locations with suitable arrangement including cost of providing all necessary tools & tackles, transportation,man power, erection / de-erection of scaffolding (approx. height upto 15 meter), transportation of the removed old PVC fills ,shreding of the same at their own cost and dispose off the waste material like old PVC fills/sand/dust etc.(generated after shreding) at low lying area (s) within the periphery up to 10.0 Km lead including sweeping/cleaning the area in side and around NDCT complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge. Note:- a. Different size block of fills shall be used as per field condition. However typical dimension is provided in technical report. b. Measurement of block of PVC fill installed at location shall be considered for payment in Cum. c. No recovery shall be made angaist the old removed PVC fills which are to be taken out from RAPS 5&6 area after shreding and no extra payment is to be made against transportation, shreding of PVC fills and disposal of waste etc. d. Shreding machine, tools and tackles, covering arrangements around the machine is to be arranged by the contractor at his own cost. e. All pieces of PVC fills shall be removed either by vaccum or sweeping around the NDCT within 2 km area. f. Removed/fabricated PVC fills shall be transported directly from NDCT basin to designated shreding area and not to be stored nearby basin area.

Removal, Providing & Fixing of PVC pipe of OD 200 mm in NDCT as per IS:4985, for 6 Kg/cm2 pressure rating with one end socket for self connection of Supreme/Finlox/Astral/Kasta as approved make or equivalent. Note:- 1. Nozzle shall be Provided By Department. 2. Other consumables i.e. rivet, pvc strip and clip shall be arranged by the Contractor. 3. Shifting of removed pipe shall be done by contractor at his own cost.

Providing & Fixing of PVC End CAP Threaded from Inner Side with socket of ID 200mm and 6 Kg/cm2 pressure rating.
