Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position including removal of existing water proofing treatment of any description and bedding in any type of roof and removing rubbish to out side MD Land complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparing the surfaces of roof slab by brushing with wire brushes for removing of loose / dirt materials etc., and sweeping with brooms or gunny bags or mechanical device etc., and applying neat cement slurry with 3kg of cement per sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate in roof padding/levelling layers , the surface of concrete is to be finished even and fair with out using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L screed bed/bedding layer 10 mm bedding layer thick in CM 1:3 on roof for laying of water proofing treatment using with liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer instructions and finishing the surfaces even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- liquid WPC shall be measured and paid separately under respective item.

M&L APP based polymeric modified membrane minimum weighing not less than 3kg / Sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyester non woven fabric weight not less than 150 gms / Sqm and on primed surface of one coat of approved bituminous [email protected] Ltr per Sqm by torch application method with 150mm over lap on length side & 100mm on width side complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply only liquid water proofing compound( ISI Marked)

M & L hydraulically pressed cement concrete tiles 25cm x 25cm x 20-22 mm thick laid over and including screed bed or bedding layer of 15mm thick in CM 1:4 set, jointed and grouted and flush pointed in CM1:3 mixed with WPC as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and directed. NOTE :- liquid WPC shall be measured and paid separately under respective item.

Disconnecting existing tanks setting aside [or lowering if required] for repairs,cleaning etc., and hoisting if required reconnecting and refixing in position of water tanks of capacity up to 500 litres complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L rotational moulded polythene water storage tanks of 500 ltrs capacity, white three layered (ISI marked) (Cylinderically vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in postion all as specified in SSR Part-I including ball valves for 20mm bore pipe (minimum weight 210 gms), high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball and dismantling old tanks complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L rotational moulded polythene water storage tanks of 1000 ltrs capacity, white three layered (ISI marked) (Cylinderically vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in postion all as specified in SSR Part-I including ball valves for 20mm bore pipe (minimum weight 210 gms), high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball and dismantling old tanks complete all as specified and as directed.

Refixing old GI water tubing of 15 mm bore, medium grade including all fittings such as bends, tees, short pieces, connectors, elbows, reducers, union, sockets etc fixed to walls, ceiling or laid on floors including taking up or down 15mm bore steel tubing and connections complete all as specified and as directed.

Refixing old GI water tubing of 20 mm bore, medium grade including all fittings such as bends, tees, short pieces, connectors, elbows, reducers, union, sockets etc fixed to walls, ceiling or laid on floors including taking up or down 20mm bore steel tubing and connections complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F GI tubing (ISI marked) 15mm bore medium grade with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floors including taking up or down 15mm bore steel tubing and connections complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F GI tubing (ISI marked) 20mm bore medium grade with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floors including taking up or down 20mm bore steel tubing and connections complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removing rubbish to out side MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 15 mm thick, plastering in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick / block masonry surfaces finished fair and even with out using extra cement including mixing with liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- liquid WPC shall be measured and paid separately under respective item.

Preparation of new plastered or un-plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of white wash to match with the existing surface complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs of 25 mm bore gun metal, globe or gate valve, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe, complete complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs of 20 mm bore gun metal, globe or gate valve, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe, complete complete all as specified and directed.
