4.To qualify for award of this contract, each bidder in his/their name should have full fill the following requirements prescribed in the as per standard tender documents for the last 5 years, i.e., 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25 a. Satisfactorily completed as a prime contractor for at least one similar type of work or Building Electrification work in any one of the above FY amounting to Rs. 12,67,195/- in any Government / Public undertaking sectors and certificates should be issued from the cadre of not less than the rank of the Executive Engineer with office outward number and date shall be scanned and uploaded

1.The bidder shall be Class-2 & above KPWD/CPWD registered contractor.(Bidder Should upload valid License copy)

2.Tenderers shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by the Government of Karnataka. (Bidder shall upload self declaration duly mentioning the date. After the publish of this notification with original signature (Zerox copy of the signature will not be considered)

3.Achieved in at least Two financial year a minimum financial Turnover (in all classes of civil engineering construction works only) for Rs 25,34,390/- among the last 5 years. Turn over certificate duly certified with UDIN number by the Chartered Accountant shall be furnished.

5.The Tenderer or his identified sub-contractor should possess required valid electrical license for executing building electrification works and should have executed similar electrical works totaling Rs. 12,67,195/-

6.Eligible Tenderers will be qualified only if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value. (Refer Standard Tender documents Section 2: A General- Instructions to Tenderers (ITT) -3.2) Tender capacity should be more than the estimated value of number of tenders participated

7.Financial status and capacity supported by Line of credit/solvency certificate issued by the schedule / Nationalized Banks for Rs. 7,60,317.00/- shall be obtained after the date of publish of this notification in favor the Chief Engineer (Electy)., Transmission Operation Zone, KPTCL, Bagalkote shall be scanned and uploaded.

8.Contractor should furnish GST Registration Certificate

9.Qualification and experience of the key technical and management personnel in permanent employment with the tenderer and those that are proposed to be deployed on this contract (should furnish Civil Engineer degree certificate of technical & declaration of employment with details)

10.Name, address, and telephone, telex, and fax numbers of the Tenderers bankers who may provide references if contacted by the Employer.

11.Contractor should be EPF holder and should furnish EPF registration certificate, if not, Self-declaration should be furnished with satisfactory reasons for non-applicable of EPF.

12.Contractor should be ESI holder and should furnish ESI registration certificate.

13.Bidder should upload self declaration that his firm is not in BLACK list of any Govt. organization/ Govt. undertaking sectors/PSU. (Undertaking format shall be uploaded along with tender documents duly mentioning the Date after the publish of this notification with Original signature ( Xerox copy of the signature will not be considered)

14.Bidder should upload self-declaration for his firm being responsible for any fake and false declarations. (Undertaking format shall be uploaded along with tender documents). duly mentioning the Date after the publish of this notification with Original signature ( Xerox copy of the signature will not be considered)

15.The bidder should provide detailed information on any litigation or arbitration arising out of contracts completed or under execution by it over the last five years in any organization. A history of awards involving litigations against the bidder or any part or JV (Joint Venture) may result in rejection of bid by duly mentioning the Date after the publish of this notification with Original signature ( Xerox copy of the signature will not be considered)
