Taking down carefully copper/ aluminium point wiring for light, fan, socket or power point complete with fittings such as switches, fan regulators, light fittings, tube light fittings, bracket light fittings and ceilling rose, holders and including making good the disturbed surface on walls, complete all as directed.

M & L for point wiring with PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable, 1100 volt, FRLSH grade of size 1.5Sqmm drawn through and including surface PVC casing & caping (ISI Marked) with accessories including 1.5 sqmm copper conductor cable for earth continuty green in colour for one light point/fan point/Bell point/ 5 Amp socket independent board controlled by one 5/6 Amps one way switch, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:-(i) All the disturbed surfaces of wall / ceiling shall be made good to match the existing wall / ceiling finishes and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (ii) Unserviceable hylem sheet and ms sunken boxes/PVC boxes wil be replaced as per requirment and same shall be measured and paid seperatly under relevant items of this schedule.
