Taking down ceiling/exhaust fan, sealing cable end, dismantling blades, removing fan and blades and depositing to MES E/M Store ,all as directed by Engr-in- charge.

S&F Ceiling Fan of size 1200mm Sweep, ISI marked, BEE 5 Star rating and alongwith down rod fixed to ceiling and connecting up including provision of flexible 3 core copper cable & testing, smooth functioning at site complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Exhaust fan 150mm sweep, 1400 RPM plastic ABS body without sound with automatic shutter, AC supply, single phase, 230 volts, 50Hz, complete fixing arrangements on the wall with nuts and bolts and making the good surfaces all as specified and directed at site.

S&F Exhaust fan 200mm sweep, 1400 RPM plastic ABS body without sound with automatic shutter, AC supply, single phase, 230 volts, 50Hz, complete fixing arrangements on the wall with nuts and bolts and making the good surfaces all as specified and directed at site.

S&F Exhaust fan 225mm sweep, 1400 RPM metallic body with louvers without sound with louvers, AC supply, single phase, 230 volts, 50Hz, complete fixing arrangements on the wall with nuts and bolts and making the good surfaces all as specified and directed at site.

S&F Exhaust fan 300mm sweep, 1400 RPM metallic body with louvers without sound with louvers, AC supply, single phase, 230 volts, 50Hz, complete fixing arrangements on the wall with nuts and bolts and making the good surfaces all as specified and directed at site.

Taking down old UNSV water heater of any type / capacity from site and depositing to MES E/M store,all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix electric water heater,storage type steel body with copper inner tank and heating element upto 2 KW capacity 25 litre, BEE 5 Star rated complete with all accessoriessuch as safety valve, thermostate, NRV, connection piece etc.

Supply and fix , testing and commissioning of storage type water heater (geyser) vertical type of 6 Ltrs capacity , single phase, vertical type, Rust Resistant, ABS made with thermal cut off with power consumption 1500 watts, ISI marked, BEE 5 star rating including fixing on wall with chroumium plated screws & nut bolts connected to existing water and electric connection complete all as specifed and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Manning and Operation of electric complaint cell of NOFRA consisting of following works by employing Three Electrician (Skilled) man power per shift of 08 Hrs daily.In TWO SHIFTS 1700 hrs to 0100 hrs (1st Shift), 0100 hrs to 0900 hrs (2nd Shift) at NOFRA E/M Complaint Management Cell and ONE SHIFT 1700 hrs to 0100 hrs at Duxburry Complaint Management Cell including Sunday and Holiday comprising the following works. (a) Attending urgent complaints of users within the GE(NW) NOFRA AOR on priority basis within the given time and manual registering of complaints if required all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (b) Updating status of complaints and depositing the old stores. Nature of complaints shall be:- No lights, repair/replacement of switches, sockets & fan regulators. Replacing burnt MCB/MCCB and main switch, repair/replacement needed to set right short circuit and related fire incidence, Voltage fluctuation due to internal wiring faults and repair to faulty earthing except laying new earthing/earth pit. General cleanliness & upkeep of the complaint Cell. Any other duty as assigned by the Engr-in-Charge .

(i) The contractor has to work in conjuction with other agencies woring at NOFRA area to resolve the complaints without creating inconveniience to users. (ii) Antecedents of the Personnel engaged by the contractor to carry out the work shall be verified from police authorities and accordingly security passes shall be issued. (iii) The contractor shall be solely responsible for all personnel deployed for carrying out the above jobs and all transport required for conveyance. The rate quoted deemed to be inclusive of EPF, insurance etc of operator/electrician all as per latest norms of labour Commissioner. (iv). The labourers shall be provided with protective devices and shall wear them while working. In case any accident/ injury/ fatal or partial disability happened, the contractor shall be solely responsible for settling all claims/ compensation. Department will have a right to recover any sum indicated/ claimed by Labour Commissioner/ Court directive. (v) Contractor will render a certificate/ confirmation every month that minimum wages act is not violated and every employee engaged have been paid their wages only through individual bank account laborers in full and receipts there on obtained. The Contractor shall produce bank statements every month alongwith the Certificate.

Manning and Operation of Water Supply Complaint Cell by employing man power per shift of 08 Hrs daily one pipe fitter/Plumber (Skilled) for each shift at water feeding areas of Chenab Pump House at NOFRA area for one Shift from 1500 hrs to 2300 hrs, one pipe fitter/ plumber for one shift from 2300 hrs to 0700 hrs at Shikra Area and one pipe fitter/plumber for one shift from 2300 hrs to 0700 hrs at Aditi/Ahilya, Vandana/Vishakha area and other Pump Houses of outlaying areas of NOFRA including Sundays & Holidays, comprising the following works:- (a) Attending the water supply complaints all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (b) Removing the air locks in pipe line of internal water supply for fresh water as well as raw water. (c) Rectification of water leakages in Married Accn and main lines. (d) Cocking of lead joints, replacement of damaged lead joints. (e) Replacement of gland packings of motor pump sets, sluice valves, gate valves etc (f) Replacement of gate valves, butterfly valves, sluice valves, float valves, unions, GI fittings, pipe lines as directed by JE E/M. (g) Any other duty as assigned by the Engr-in-Charge .

[Note: (i) The contractor shall submit ID Proof, residential proof, Bank A/c details to the deppartment and obtain approval of Engineer - in - Charge before employing a person (ii) Pipe Fitter/ Plumber (Skilled) shall be available as per shift timings specified in the tender and he will report to JE E/M in Charge. In case of emergency he will function according to their direction. If he is found absent or move without intimating to In - Charge or JE E/M he will be treated as absenst for the said shift and rcovery of Rs. 1500/- per shift shall be recovered from the contractor. (iii) Payement as per quoted rate shall also be deducted in addition to the penalty as specified above. (iv) The contractor shall submit the labour licence, GST number etc. (v) Payement to employees shall be done by crossed cheque through Aadhar linked bank account only and it shall not be less than minimum fair wages as per act in vogue. In case payment are made in current coin or currency notes, contractor shall submit certificate alongwith undertaking of employee that asking for payment other than by cheque or by crediting in the bank account of the employee. the contractor shall submit proof to Engineer - in - Charge before claiming any payment. (vi) The quoted rates by the contractor shall be deemed to be included provision of all latest labour laws/ regulations including all relevant taxes as applicable. (vii) The rate quoted by the contrctor shall be inclusive of life insurnce for the tradesmn employed by him in cse of untoward incident such as injurie fracture or casualty while on duty (viii) The contractor hs to apply for entry pss for the labours to be employed against the work from Naval police with valid documents and shall submit police verification oflbours receipt of work order through GE. (ix) Pipe fitter/plumber mut be skilld and must have knowledge of repairing water supply related eqpts/works. (x) Pipe fitter/plumber should have complete pipe fitter tool box including minor sparescotton waste complete. (xi) The pipe fitter\plumber must be wer proper uniform pattern as per direction of enge-in-charge (xii) The quoted rate is inclusive of arrangement of reliver duty to tradesman in tender.]
