M&L for seven stage cleaning and sterilization of back wash water collection tank capacity 25000 gallons capacity near WTP through bacteriological treatment by using a suitable chemical compound comprising the following:-. (a) First Stage is to drain out the water by using exit valve or high capacity dewatering system. (b) Second stage is cleaning all the algae formation inside the tank by using a laboratory tested branded chemical compound and scrubbing the walls of the tanks. (c) Third strage is fresh water cleaning by high speed jet pump. (d) Fourth stage and first bacteria screening is decertification by using Laboratory certified brannded halogen compound. (e) Fifth stage is cleaning the floor of water tank by industrial vaccum cleaner. (f) Sixth stage is the second bacterio screening and sterilizing method by using ultra violet ray within the tank and kills all suspended bacteria. (g) Seventh stage of cleaning and third bacteria screening is to sterilize the floor of the water tank by using laboratory certified, branded strong oxidizing agent. Note:- (i) Contractor is responsible for rectification of complaints occurred during cleaning the tank i.e., No water in tank/over flow due to broken of float valve/ blockage to be included in quoted rate (ii)After cleaning, painting the date of cleaning and contractor details (white letters on black background, 75 mm size) on the filter shell for record purposes all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and mot exceeding 1.5 metre in depth and getting out in Hard/dense soil including making the bottom of trenches levelled for proper laying of pipe line, foundation etc or for shafts, cesspits, manholes, pier hole etc not exceeding 10 sqm on plan complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing the excavated material to a distance not exc 50 M and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 above the starting point in soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning and filling including spreading, levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick with excavated soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up Cast/Ductile iron water main of size any dia including all fittings for spigot and socket ends and lead joints including burning out lead joint and recovering lead complete all as specified as directed. Note :- Excavation, earthwork shall be measured and paid seperately

Supply and lay Ductile iron pipe, spigot and socket with Rubber joints, class K-7 complete all as specified and as directed of following sizes Note :- DI fittings shall be measured and paid seperately.

Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings including two coats of synthetic enamel paint and one coat of red oxide primer and also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height copings, kneelers, apex stones,bed plates, kerbs not provided, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Galvanised mild steel wire cloth, 0.63mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with tinned tacks, or galvanised wire staples complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cleaning of complete area of Pump House premises once in every month including removing weeds, grass, dry leaves, rubbish, mud, silt and other unwanted materials from inside and around the pump house area, sweeping and disposal of collected waste to a designated place outside the premises, maintaining neat and hygienic condition complete all as specified and as directed Note :Cleaning of each pump house is considered as separate job.

M&L for Crystal Alum (Aluminium Sulphate) for use in Water Treatment Plant (WTP) for water clarification and treatment purposes, conforming to relevant IS specifications, in approved packing, including loading, transportation, unloading, stacking and safe storage at site complete all as specified and as directed Note:- (i) Thequoted rate shall include all taxes, handling charges and incidental expenses required for proper delivery and preservation of the material. (ii) The tenderer shall maintain a minimum stock equivalent to 15 (fifteen) days consumption at site at all times to ensure uninterrupted operation of the WTP and replacement of damaged or deteriorated material, if any, shall be at contractor’s cost.

M&L for Bleaching Powder of approved quality for cleaning, sanitation and disinfection of water supply premises, pump houses, sumps, reservoirs, drains, surrounding areas and allied installations, in suitable sealed packing, including loading, transportation, unloading, stacking and safe storage at site complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for HI strength calcium based chlorine granular (calcium Hypochlorite ) Ca (CIO)2 (minimum chlorine content 65-70%) for water treatment packing in 45 Kg plastic drums stacked in the Water Treatment Plant (WTP), P/H No 2, P/H No 4, P/H No 5 and P/H No 6 complete all as specified and directed. Note : Tenderer shall keep/maintain the chemical for minimum 15 days stock
