SCHEDULE 'A' PART - I (BUILDING WORKS)

Construction of RCC drop man hole (break Pressure Tank) 1.50 mtr dia and 1.80 mtr depth complete all as specified and shown on drawings.

Completion of incomplete works of Construction of sludge drying bed for STP complete all as specified & shown on drawings. NOTE: The details of completed percentage of work by the previous contractor w.r.t. approved yardstick along with brief list of balanced work is given in Appx 'X'.

I. tube mounting bracket of 1.5 Mtr in length, bend to shape at 140 degree in ‘L’ shape and fixed to wall /pole by means of 02 nos. of 40 x 6 mm flat iron clamps, 150mm 8mm dia bolts, nuts, and washers etc all as specified and directed. EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY

Supply, fixing, testing and commissioning Double flanged non-rising stem type cast iron sluice valve with hand wheel and suitable for pressure rating of PN : 1.0 duly drilled holes for fixing of nuts and bolts, stem made of high tensile brass ISI marked including rubber gasket, nuts, bolts and washers complete all as specified of the following sizes :- Note:- Spindle of sluice valve to be painted in violet colour and must be detachable so that after operation these are kept in safe custody.

(a) 100mm NB

Supply, fix on the supply mains, and testing of cast iron single small orifice Air Release valve with two air outlets, suitable for working pressure of 10 Kgf/cm2 with 50mm dia high pressure ball and 1.56mm ( 1/16 inches) orifice complete including flanged joint all as specified and directed.

Construction of brick masonry valve pit of size 1050mm x 750mm x 1000 mm complete with Mild steel sheet cover 6mm thick and angle iron frame of size 40 x 40 x6 mm duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer and incl locking arrangement and lifting handle all as specified and directed. All inner surface of pit shall be plastered in cement mortar (1:4) 15 mm thick complete, for sluice valve of size 100 to 200 mm dia incl excavation and earth work in any type of soil complete all as directed by Engineer in charge.

Construction of brick masonry valve pit of size 450mm x 450mm x 600 mm complete with Mild steel sheet cover 6mm thick and angle iron frame of size 40 x 40 x6 mm duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer and incl locking arrangement and lifting handle all as specified and directed. Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of hand operated chain pulley block with hook and pulling chain complete ISI marked make INDEF/ HERCULES/ SWIFT complete of capacity 1 ton mounted on and including ISMB at height not less than 5 mtrs all as specified and directed.

M&L Non linear resistor type surge arrestor (lightening arrestor) confirming to IS 3070 (Pt-I) having voltage rating 12 KV, Rated frequency-50 Hz, Nominal Discharge current 10 KA (Heavy duty) complete with all fittings suitable for 11 KV, 3 phase earthed distribution system complete all as specified.

Supply, erecting, testing and commissioning complete of manufacturer or OEM manufactured, static silent (Sound Proof enclosure) Diesel Engine Driven Generating Set capable of delivering 160 KVA (128 kw), water cooled, 415 Volts (AC three phase, 4 Wire system of supply) 50 HZ at power factor 0.8 minimum. The DG Set shall consists of diesel engine coupled to a matching alternator, through flexible coupling and mounted on common base frame and complete with control panel standardised by manufacturer, fuel tank with mounting arrangements and inlet, outlet return inlet oil arrangement, exhaust pipe complete and suitable for conditions prevalent at Saugor (Capacity of Engine, alternators shall be worked out taking all derating factors into consideration) including PCC foundation (of suitable size leaving at least 0.5 M all around for ease of movement and 0.5 M height), anti-vibration pads, including all features to comply with latest CPCB guidelines and comprising of following:-
