| 9 | Material and labour for arresting seepage through joints of precast interlocking wall panels by removing the existing sealant from joints of all widths and depths, including complete extraction of old sealant, cleaning and preparing the joint surfaces, and disposal of debris, providing PU injection grouting treatment by drilling holes, fixing NRV mechanical metal packers (6–14 mm dia) at suitable spacing and depth as recommended by the manufacturer or directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, cleaning the joints with high-pressure air, and injecting two-component flexible closed-cell PU injection resin (measured and paid separately under the relevant item) using an approved injection pump to achieve a complete watertight seal.
