Electrical renovation in 03 flats at TMC

Wiring for light point / ceiling fan point / exhaust point / Bell point (with Anchor make ding dong bell) using approved make 3 Nos. 1.5 Sq mm (Red/ Yellow/Blue colour wire for Phase, Black colour wire for neutral and Green colour wire for earth) 1100 Volt copper conductor FRLSH wire in approved make suitable size PVC casing capping and approved make minimum 6 Amp switches mounted on respective make switch plate and PVC surface box, modular angle holder/ceiling rose with required hardware etc. Rate shall include for providing circuit wiring from MCBDB using approved make 3 Nos. 2.5 Sq mm (Red/ Yellow/Blue colour wire for Phase, Black colour wire for neutral and Green colour wire for earth) 1100 Volt copper conductor FRLSH wire in approved make suitable size PVC casing capping with required hardware etc. To terminate wires in switch, socket, angle holder, ceiling rose, mechanical connector. There should not be any joint in the wiring.

Supply and fixing of 2 module step electronic regulators of minimum 100 watts for ceiling fans on the switch boards using three plate ceiling rose mounted on PVC square surface box with required hardwares etc.

Wiring Same as above but for on board minimum 6 Amp plug point controlled by minimum 6 Amp switch.

Wiring for electric point for air-conditioner ( A C ) unit using approved make 3 Nos. 2.5 Sq mm (Red/ Yellow/Blue colour wire for Phase, Black colour wire for neutral and Green colour wire for earth) 1100 Volt copper conductor FRLSH wire in approved make suitable size PVC casing capping from MCBDB and minimum 16 Amp indicator switch mounted on respective make switch plate and PVC surface box at a height of 5’ from floor level and 6/16 Amp socket on respective make switch plate and PVC surface box at a height of 8’ from floor level (beside Split AC indoor Unit, if available) with required hardware etc

Wiring for electric point for Geyser using approved make 3 Nos. 2.5 Sq mm (Red/ Yellow/Blue colour wire for Phase, Black colour wire for neutral and Green colour wire for earth) 1100 Volt copper conductor FRLSH wire in approved make suitable size PVC casing capping from MCBDB and minimum 16 Amp indicator switch mounted on respective make switch plate and PVC surface box inside/outside bathroom and 6/16 Amp socket on respective make switch plate and PVC surface box beside the geyser.

Wiring for 6 Amp Independent power plug point (primary) using approved make 3 Nos. 2.5 Sq mm (Red/ Yellow/Blue colour wire for Phase, Black colour wire for neutral and Green colour wire for earth) 1100 Volt copper conductor FRLSH wire in approved make suitable size PVC casing capping from MCBDB and one no. of 6 Amp switch and 6 Amp socket with interconnection mounted on respective make modular switch plate and PVC surface box.

Same as above but for Secondary 6 Amp switch and 6 Amp socket with mounted on respective make modular switch plate and PVC surface box and same is looped from primary point (item no. 6) complete all accessories as per site requirement on wall as directed By Bank's Engineer.

Same as above but for Secondary 2 x 6 Amp plug point and same is looped from primary point (item no. 6) complete all accessories as per site requirement on wall as directed By Bank's Engineer. T V

Wiring for 16 Amp Independent power plug point (primary) using approved make 3 Nos. 2.5 Sq mm (Red/ Yellow/Blue colour wire for Phase, Black colour wire for neutral and Green colour wire for earth) 1100 Volt copper conductor FRLSH wire in approved make suitable size PVC casing capping from MCBDB and one no. of 16 Amp switch and 16 Amp socket with interconnection mounted on respective make modular switch plate and PVC surface box.

Same as above but for Secondary 16 Amp switch & socket plug point and same is looped from primary point (item no. 9) complete all accessories as per site requirement on wall as directed By Bank's Engineer.
