Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level ) all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete or stone walls etc., including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) including removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises, all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Demolition of brick work, stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortor incl all quions, arches, pillars etc.and removing rubbish out side MD land all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

M & L for 15mm thick Screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 for laying floor finishes all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

S&F Non Skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 Sqm but not exceeding 0.11 Sqm, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Glazed colored ceramic tiles in vertical surfaces 375x 250x 7 mm-8mm/ 450 x 300 x 7-8 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match

Material and Labour for rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Material and Labour for 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 Using 40 mm graded granite stone aggregate in sub base of floorings all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Material and Labour for Vitrified light coloured Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

All as per item No.as above but in skirting/ daddo over 10 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 screed on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge

Material and Labour for 40mm thick, PCC 1:2:4, Type B-0, using 12.5mm graded aggregate as in Floor finishes &pavings extra complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of wall mixed with water proofing @ 3% by the weight of cement, finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Integral water proofing compound ISI Marked.

S & F in repair Vitreous China Ware Wash hand basin white, flat back, 550x400 mm size (flat back or angle back type) in repairs including 32 mm dia PTMT waste coupling and cutting for and pinning ends of brackets or erecting stand.

S & F in repairs Vitreous China Squatting pan 'orissa pattern size 580x440 white with integral foot rests with `P' or `S' trap, front or back inlet including connection to trap and to flushing pipe, anti-syphonage pipe etc., including trap set in and including concrete complete including making good to floor.

S & F in repair EWC vitreous china, water closet pedestal pattern (white) 'P' trap excluding fixing flush pipe for flushing cistern and fixing of flushing cistern complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Flushing cistern and flush pipe shall be measured under relevent items.

S&F in repair 10 ltr capacity PVC valveless syphonic action type flushing cistern approved make, ISI marked and feather touch operated low level white with inlet ball, float valve and flush pipe and handle including brackets complete all as specified.

Taking up or down steel water tubings of 15mm bore and fittings etc complete and making good distrubed surfaces of walls/ceillings etc complete all as specified and as directed of following bore

S & F in repair 15mm dia angular stop cock cast copper alloy fancy type chromium plated concealed type conforming to IS-8931 screwed down high pressure screwed both ends for iron or for brass ferrule complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fixing in repairs CP Bib taps, 15mm bore, cast copper alloy with crutch or butterfly handle, sc-rewed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply and Fixing in repairs Pillar taps, fancy type 15mm bore, cast copper alloy, with capstan heads, chromium plated, screwed down high pressure, with or without lettered ‘Hot' or ‘Cold' with long screwed shanks and fly-nuts, screwed for iron pipe and fixed all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

S&F in repairs 32mm dia waste coupling of PTMT (half or full threaded) minimum weight 45gms complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair towel rail 450mm long ,20mm dia D'typeof stainless fixed with and including chromium plated brass screws and wooden/plastic cleats (minimum weight 170 gms) complete all as specified and as directed

S&F in repairs 32mm dia PVC waste pipe of flexible,60cm long for wash hand basin/sink complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repair grating for Nahani/floor trap round 100mm size of brass chromium plated complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs sink made of stainless approved quality steel 1mm thick in kitchen or laboratory with plugs, washers and wastes; including bedding in cement mortar on to dwarf wall or including fixing cantilever brackets and connecting union to pipe of overall size 495mmx420mm and bowl size 410mmx330mmx160mm complete all as specified.

S & F in repairs 1mm thick stainless steel kitchen sink with drainage board of 915mm x 460mm over all size and 410 x 330 x 160 mm bowl size with plugs wastes and washers including bedding in cement mortar on to dwarf wall or including fixing cantilever brackets and connecting union to pipe including 32mm bore PVC waste pipe not exc 90 cm long with 40mm bore PVC coupler complete all as specified and as directed

M&L precast Cement Concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in landings, cover slab,chajjas etc.and similar articles with plain faces set in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed (Note:- Reinforcement shal be measured and paid separately under relevant item)

M&L TMT bar 6 mm to 8 mm dia and over cut to length , bent to shape required including cranking ,bending hooking ends spirally and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping,benching, bed plate,plinth protection including necessary form work. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete(1:3:6) block masonry with solid block, type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate), exc 10cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fixing PVC acrylic shelf for WHB 450mm long all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

S&F in reapirs vitreous china urinals, bowl type, white (back or corner wall type) complete including providing and fixing plugs, bedding urinal against wall in cement mortar 1:2 securing urinal to plugs with and including 60mm long brass screws, pointing around urinal back in cement,flush pipe, grating and union for discharge pipe complete all as specified and as directed.
